4 Main Reasons Why Writers Do Not Make Money Online
I had a dream when I first started writing online. I fantasised about living wherever I pleased. I fantasised of being able to write about anything that piqued my curiosity. I fantasised about working the hours that were most convenient for me. I fantasised about having a vast audience who would read anything I wrote on the spot, allowing me to sustain myself financially.

Education Is A Two Way Learning Street For Information Processing

I Also Have Dreams. Runner-Up in We Have a Dream Challenge.
The beginning of each year, when gym memberships skyrocket and there are resolutions aplenty, can be a perfect time for any person to make positive changes for themselves and others — if the talk is followed by the walk, that is. After a tumultuous couple of years filled with violence, injustice, and, of course, a still-lingering pandemic, now is as good a time as any for widespread compassion to shine at its brightest. And it can be as simple as holding a door for someone or saying “bless you” when someone sneezes. I try to do these things on a daily basis, not just because it is the right thing to do, but because you might have made someone’s day just a little bit better. Maybe the person was having a horrible day. Maybe the person has arthritis and had trouble opening doors. Whatever the case may be, the amount of humaneness and inclusivity are two crucial components of life that have been dwindling for quite some time now. This is where I come in.

Teaching Children to Communicate One Day at a Time

Living near the Navajo Nation, I could see grandmothers and grandfathers wanted to share their traditions with their grandchildren who had lost some of those traditions. The grandparents mourned their children (the baby boomer generation) who lost some of the language and traditions at Indian boarding schools.

Lesson Learned
I am thankful for the many people in my life that have taught me life lessons that I still utilize til this day. Not being your traditional student they used hypothetical or "real life" situations to get students more involved and understand their learning lessons plan much more progressively than the traditional student. Being taught this way provided a lot of life skills that kept me ahead of the game; such as communication, self care, confidence, time-management, entrepreneurial skill set, money management, religion, to name a few.

Kids, Kindness and Korea
A few years ago, I attended a talk given by a refugee from North Korea. For around 90 minutes in a small pub in Camden the audience listened, rapt, as a quietly formidable woman told us her harrowing story. Her words wove a web around the spellbound crowd, her voice conjuring a powerful picture of her life up to that moment. You could have heard a pin drop. Many of those watching shed a tear as she shared her experiences with us.
