Hello everyone, with the perspective of someone who has experienced it, I beautifully share with you the things that I always have to apply every time I want to improve my life!

The first and most important thing: you must know how to build goals for yourself. So what is goal building? What effect does this have?

As you know, if you want to do something, everyone always looks at it and thinks about it first, this is when you have your goal, the important thing you will think about later is How to complete it. I once heard someone say: “ people who don't tell others about their goals will have a higher success rate than”. Maybe this is quite mythical for you, but it's very true. Try to think in another way, if there are people who hate you but are always friendly on the outside, then wonder what they will do when they know our goal, they will try to sabotage, bring down or induce you to go in the wrong direction? No, because we don't know what's in their hearts, what if there could be more terrible things? The best way is to keep your goals private, silently and always try for it, because maybe if you go slowly today, you have to run tomorrow, if you don't run in time tomorrow, you will miss it“. Actually, building a goal is not difficult, because it comes from the bottom of your heart, from your dreams and from what you admire, the important thing is whether that goal is appropriate or not? Whether you really make your dreams a goal to achieve or are just temporary thoughts, bursting out of your lack of thinking. So, the first step for you to build a quality life is to know how to build goals for yourself, note that you need to think carefully before setting a goal, think about the Obstacles on the path you take to achieve that goal don't make hasty decisions and then give up halfway!

Second, you need to know how to arrange a reasonable schedule for yourself:

Why? Because you need to work smart, not bury your head in working full-time, if you work full-time but without proper arrangement, it's just work behind work, after doing this and then that without any way to optimize them, this will be quite useless. It's not that they don't work, it's that you will spend a lot of effort, every day over and over again, don't you feel discouraged? I used to be the same person, put my work in order, just wait until I finish one to do the other, but some days the amount of work is too much, because I can only finish one to do another, so sometimes I have to stay up all night. What I get is completed work but with it comes headaches, drowsiness, some days just because sleeping makes up for the days of overwork that make me waste my time, If this continues, will human health be okay? We don't even have time to rest for a full day and relax our minds. Think for yourself, first you need to determine the amount of work you have, arrange it in intervals that you find reasonable, give it a period of time to complete, for tasks you can sit down to work properly, determine your workload and estimate it with a reasonable amount of time, and for things that are almost unnecessary to sit down, you can find ways to Optimize them to do intertwined. But interlocking jobs is not to increase the number of jobs in a period of time that should only be done for one job, but the nature of interlocking is to successfully handle many jobs intelligently without putting too much pressure on yourself. Just relax your body, because when your body is comfortable, you can come up with the best way to think about the work you need to do, which does not make you too stressed at work but also helps your mind relax. more, producing quite high work efficiency. Because as I often encounter every time I work, if my mind is quite stressed about work and I have to face the workload continuously, I will feel even more stressed, harder to think about and I can make mistakes continuously. Therefore, the essential thing after building a goal is that you need to know how to organize your workload properly, the things you can do together to optimize time, you need to ensure that completed in the best way, don't let this intertwining make your work superficial, confusing, and ineffective. Another thing to note here is that you need to use your time to relieve stress properly, don't overdo this time to rest for too long and forget about the work you have to do, making our meticulous arrangements useless because of delays.

Third, you need to know how to eliminate useless things in your life.

Speaking of which, many people will wonder what this is for or some people will understand what I am about to talk about. Simply put, we humans are always delayed by many quite useless problems. What are those problems, where do they come from? Simply put, it comes from ourselves, from our hasty decisions, or it can also come from our desire for freedom. So how to get rid of these useless things?

Let's look back, we humans always regret something for a moment when they accidentally realize it was so useless. There is one important thing that you need to look at to avoid continuing these things is “ taking the old one to light the way for the new”. Simply understand is to take past mistakes to learn from yourself in the next time, so that you don't make mistakes and follow that streak. Maybe my analysis is not easy to understand, but I have learned from my own experience and set a rule for myself like this: “ The statement regret only comes from the lateness of the mistake, if not want to regret so why not make mistakes in the first place”. Wondering, do you regret it every time you make a mistake, uttering the word “ is like” with the desire to change reality? Making mistakes once doesn't mean making mistakes forever, look back at those useless things, learn from them and make sure you don't do them again. Because if you start doing it today, tomorrow you won't regret not being able to do it sooner, it's never too late if you know how to seize the opportunity.

Fourth, you need to be disciplined and strict with yourself.

Why is that? do you wonder why I arranged this on Wednesday and not Monday, Tuesday?

Let's think a little deeper, if you have goals, have a schedule and get rid of things that you think are useless but always let yourself go you can set a schedule, but if you're too lazy and want to do it tomorrow, will the things you put effort into creating go well? Or just because we neglect and lack discipline with ourselves, we sabotage the plan that we spend a lot of effort to build. That is the importance of being disciplined with yourself, having a goal, no matter how little or how much, but always remember why you built that goal, and have a schedule, too, the time you set for yourself to complete and then finish that job for how long make sure you only get it right within the time set, no more and no less. Or finally, eliminate the things that you feel are useless, if you commit to yourself that you will not do it again or reduce the frequency of repetition in a year, then do exactly as you set out, you need to know the importance of discipline, if you are not strict with yourself, everything will be in vain.
