Stress and anxiety: Stress can manifest itself in physical ways, including body pain. If you are feeling stressed, try relaxation techniques such as deep breathing, meditation, or yoga before bed.

Medical conditions: Some medical conditions, such as arthritis, fibromyalgia, and restless legs syndrome, can cause pain that gets worse at night. If you think you might have a medical condition, see your doctor.

Dehydration: Dehydration can lead to muscle cramps and pain. Make sure to drink plenty of fluids throughout the day.

Muscle strain: If you exercise or even work, you can use a heating pad or ice pack on the painful area.
