In a forest, there lived a cow, a donkey, and a fox. The three of them were neighbors and good friends.

One day, the fox came to discuss with the cow and the donkey, wanting to go away once.

"I heard that to find happiness, you have to go to the deep mountains, let's go together, okay?" The fox suggested.

The cow and the donkey agreed to this idea, and they set off in pairs, to the deep mountains.

The hunter killed a tiger and put the skin of the tiger on the horse's back, and by chance, he met a wolf.

The hunter killed the wolf and put the wolf's skin on the horse's back. During the night, the horse lost its hoof and threw away the two skins and fell into a deep valley with its master, and died.

The fox, the cow, and the donkey passed by and saw the tiger skin and the wolf skin. The donkey was very lazy and refused to carry the two skins, so the fox went to discuss with the ox. The fox went to talk to the ox. "Buddy ox, I have to trouble you to carry these two skins."

The ox asked, "What is the use of these two skins? Why do you have to take them with you?"

The fox said confidently: "It will always be useful, I believe."

The cow was very simple, and without saying anything else, she took the two skins with her.

The three companions went on for a while, but suddenly they found a noise behind them, and it turned out that the little tiger and the little wolf had come out to look for their father and found the footprints of the fox, the donkey, and the cow, and followed them all the way.

The cow and the donkey saw the shadow of the tiger and the wolf from afar and were scared out of their wits. The fox, however, was calm and instructed the cow and the donkey to act according to its idea.

When the tiger and the wolf came into sight, the ox shouted to the fox, "How can this one tiger be enough for me to eat? Go and get its son!"

The donkey also yelled at the fox, "How can I eat enough of this one wolf, go get its son!"

When the little tiger and the little wolf heard the words of the cow and the donkey, they were so frightened that they turned their heads and ran away. The fox hurriedly asked the cow and the donkey to hide on a nearby grass pile. The little tiger and the little wolf ran for a while, woke up, and returned to take revenge. They were so angry that they crashed under the haystack where the cow and donkey were hiding. As a result, the cow and the donkey were knocked down and broke the tiger's sinew and the wolf's thigh bone. The tiger and the wolf were so frightened that they fled away.

Dear baby, let's read a nursery rhyme.

One, two, three, four, and five went up to the mountain to fight the tiger, but the tiger missed and caught a little squirrel. How many squirrels are there? Let me count. Counting and counting, one, two, three, four, five.

  Bedtime Story 51

The White-Headed Man

Once upon a time, there was a year when there was not a drop of rain for 365 days. The red-hot sun shone all day long. The trees and flowers all died. The birds also felt that they could not live any longer, so they all tried to find water together.

One bird said, "There is water at the lake, but it's too far away, what should we do?"

White crane said: "That's good! We peck a river from the lake, the water will flow over."

Everyone said this is a good idea, and agreed to go to the lake to peck the river. Only one bird, afraid of hard work, secretly dyed the feathers on his head white and said to everyone, "I'm old and my hair is gray! How can I do these things?"

Everyone couldn't do anything about it, so they let it stay.

So the birds began to go to the lake and peck at the river. Pecking, pecking, pecking the mouth is bleeding; the sun is hot, almost scorched their feathers. When they can't stand it, they fly to a wet place to catch their breath. After seven days and seven nights of pecking, they finally pecked out a river at the lake. The water flows along the river. Where the water flows through, the grass turns green and flowers open. The birds were flying and singing everywhere, really happy.

Only the bird with the white dyed head was very distressed. It could not fly high enough to sing - for fear that others would laugh at it, so it buried its head. The white color on its head could not be washed off, and to this day, people still call it the "white head".

Dear baby, do you like the "white head"? Why?
