The Biodynamic Laws

In the year 4,563,918,724 Gaia+Time, influenced by the work of Ishmael Quinn, Madam Hue Bee Newton (no relation to Sir Isaac Newton) represented the Biodynamic Laws of Life.

She says she represented these laws because in her words:

"I didn't 'discover' or create the Biodynamic Laws anymore than Isaac Newton 'discovered' or created physics. We simply articulated what was already and always present."

The Biodynamics Laws are to life, what Aerodynamic Laws are to flight.

Ignoring these laws, whether intentional or not, eventually ends in a crash!

However, unlike other scientific laws where critical feedback is nearly instantaneous, clear feedback for violating Biodynamic laws can be significantly prolonged. The delay can be over hundreds of generations. Depending on the geological position and ecological surrounding, effects can take as little as 200 years or as many as 2,000 years to be noticed.

Though it's more accurate to say the more aware will notice immediately, the more unaware may never notice. Even as ecological disaster falls upon them.

One Reason For the Ignorance

This gap between cause and effect is one of the reason why the history of civilization is littered with blame for the respective society's downfall placed on any number of things.

Often times blame was placed on the gods, the goddess, or on the godless.

In other times society's fall was blamed on some new technological advancement, socio-political ideology, or some economic system that went against the interests of a particular group.

At other times it was blamed on groups of conformists or divergents from within, or foreigners from without, whether they were invaders or invited.

By and large the strangest target of civilized society's blame for civilizations failings was ‘humanity’ and 'human nature' itself.

Imagine a bow hunter blaming a failed hunt on humanity, while shooting crooked arrows with dull points?

Imagine a gardener blaming a failed harvest on human nature, while watering their garden with salt water?

Imagine a builder blaming a fallen building on other humans, while building a tall building with weak materials on a weak foundation?

While most likely unintentional, civilized society's had built civilization on a weak foundation. One that totally disregard the Laws of Biodynamics.

Two More Reasons for the Ignorance

At the time of the last civilization, many had not only denied such laws applied to humans, but often denied even being biological beings!

Imagine a bird puffed up in righteous indignation for being thought a biological being, subject to the rules of biological beings.

As if they could choose NOT to breathe, NOT to blink, and if wounded, NOT to bleed.

Generally the only beings that don’t perform any of these functions are dead, or they are plants. Humans are neither. Humans are living beings, first and foremost. Who must eat, rest, relieve themselves, and do all the functions that most other biological beings must do.

(And maybe plants don't blink, but they do breathe and leak fluids if cut.)

Biological imperatives can be ignored, temporarily, but not indefinitely.

The more reasonable humans of the time were quickly able to recognize their error and accept Biodynamic Laws. While ignorance of biological law excuses no one, fortunately respect of them is immediately forgiven.

Once Biodynamic Laws were represented, articulated in ways that could be recognized, they were intentionally reinstated in the pedagogical, political, and philosophical foundations of Sapiens throughout the world.

Sapiens, the amazing learners and inventors we are capable of being, were more easily able to find the words, the ways, and most importantly, the will to apply them.

This allowed the last civilization to avoid a cataclysmic collapse and instead create a controlled demolition and deconstruction. They steered towards a conscious recreation, a committed regeneration of the cognitive diversity, cultural diversity, biological diversity, and ecological diversity essential for all life on Earth to thrive.

The Biodynamic Laws of Life

There are many iterations of the Biodynamic Laws. The following is one of the earlier iterations. Preceded by the Preamble of The Constitution of A+Original Unions of Earth.

Preamble: We the Beings of A+Original Unions,

Living in full communion, pristine Balance, total Well+Being,

interchanging with the communities of life,

regenerating perfect Harmony,

and expressing complete sovereignty for ourselves in all realities,

do recognize and acknowledge

the constitution of A+Original Unions of Earth.

1st Acknowledgement: Interrelation

Every biological entity functions within a complex, interconnected system where all organisms exist interrelated directly and indirectly.

Biotic and abiotic factors continuously influence and regulate one another in a dynamic equilibrium.

ALL beings live interwoven within the webs of life.

2nd Acknowledgement: Flow of Energy and Matter

Within a biosphere energy is transformed, recreated, and regenerated, flowing through trophic levels via photosynthesis, consumption, decomposition, and renewal.

Matter cycles perpetually through every ecosystem forming and maintaining the ecochemical foundation for all life.

ALL beings sustain the flow of life through resource sovereignty.

3rd Acknowledgement: Regeneration and Resilience

Ecosystems maintain homeostasis through adaptive cycles of growth, decay, and renewal.

The resilience of a system is directly proportional to its biodiversity, redundancy, and regenerative capacity.

An ecosystem of many kinds, is potentially an ecosystem of plenty kinds.

4th Acknowledgement: Carrying Capacity

Every ecosystem has a finite threshold for sustaining populations. Respecting capacity results in resource regeneration, systemic ease, and indefinite recreation as evolutionary processes continue.

Surpassing capacity results in resource depletion, systemic stress, and eventual collapse as the final regulatory mechanism to restore balance.

An ecosystem of one kind, is eventually an ecosystem of no kind.

5th Acknowledgement: Reciprocal Interchange:

Biotic interactions are governed by mutual dependencies. Resource consumption is counterbalanced by regeneration, ensuring continuity of life.

The stability of ecosystems is contingent upon maintaining reciprocity across species and systems.

ALL beings live within a mutual and simultaneous ebb and flow of life.
