Who set the start of our Universe?
The inquiry into the origins of our Universe is a formidable challenge. Furthermore, the question of what existed prior to its inception is equally perplexing. Despite the magnitude of this inquiry, scientists have made significant strides in the 20th century. The pioneering work of Edwin Hubble, for instance, has shed light on this enigma. While observing the sky from Mount Wilson in Southern California, Hubble discovered that the seemingly random clouds of gas were, in fact, other galaxies. This revelation was groundbreaking, as it revealed that the Universe was expanding. This expansion, in turn, suggested that the Universe had a beginning. By tracing time backward, scientists were able to develop the Big Bang Theory, which provides a comprehensive explanation for the origins of our Universe.

But now, Luna's once-glowing wings were dimmed, her haunting melodies silenced, as the world around her succumbed to the relentless grip of environmental change.

My talk at the Hypospadias International Society (HIS)meeting
I had the great privilege to take part in the HIS meeting held in Brazil a few months ago. I couldn’t go there physically due to some family commitments. So, I attended the virtual meeting for 3 days. In the meeting, I delivered a talk on 2-stage repair for complex failed hypospadias cases with the use of oral mucosal graft. I was among the very few doctors from India to attend this meeting and deliver a talk at this prestigious meeting.

Survivor's Guilt:
Amidst the vibrant heartbeat of the city, where laughter once echoed down bustling streets and dreams danced in the eyes of its inhabitants, a cataclysmic tremor tore through the world. The earth convulsed, buildings crumbled like ancient memories, and the symphony of life was replaced by the dissonant cries of chaos. In the wake of the earthquake, one individual found herself grappling not just with the debris and ruins surrounding her, but with a tempest of emotions that threatened to consume her entirely.

Echoes of Yesterday
The village of Willowbrook had always been a haven of tranquility, nestled amidst rolling hills and whispering meadows. Emma knew every cobblestone, every tree that shaded the winding paths, and every face that greeted her as she walked to the market. It was a place where she had built her dreams, a place that echoed with the laughter of loved ones.
