Stop Hurting Animals
Being Vegan is nice winwin situation for everyone

Whenever we discuss about animals and discuss that someone is hurting any animal for example, we often hear that those people who ever try to hurt a dog or a cat which are the pets for most of the people have then everybody stands against those people who ever try to hurt these animals. That is why if someone hurts them then people criticize such person for their actions.
But most of these people who criticize others in order to care about these pets, they forget that they are also one of them who eats cow and chicken meat or any other animal meat, who eats chicken egg and who drinks milk. Milk is also not right thing which we human use because the way the milk is get from the animals, these animals have to suffer through too much pain.
Instead of not depending on animals as a food resource. People criticize each other if someone knows about that someone is eating that animal meat which animal meat they don’t eat. But first you have to ask yourself that how can you criticize someone else for this reason just because you do not eat that particular animal meat. In fact, you and that other person are the same there is no difference.
People should stop criticizing each other for eating that meat, this meat or eating that animal meat which you don’t eat. Instead, you have to stop eating animal meat, egg and stop drinking animal milk. Stop using those products which contains animal meat, fat, skin and stop buying such clothes also.
Eating meat and egg and drinking milk is also not good health for human because now latest research found out that because of meat there are many diseases come into place. Taking milk from animals in which greenhouse gases are more and more destroying the ozone layer. Which proves that hurting animal in order to get our human food resources is ruining our planet earth.
It is not easy to change your perspective about food and of course, it is obviously not easy because food is the most crucial and important part of any living thing and living creature. That is why going Vegan from Non-vegetarian or going Vegan from Vegetarian is not easy. But start is the only option for us now and slowly going Vegan could help us save our planet Earth. There may be many people who would immediately think specially people who only eat meat and they think that getting good shape of food is only gain with the help of eating meat and egg on daily routine. But that is not true gaining and getting good shape of body could also be possible even when you are Vegan.
Even though the animal’s meat, egg and milk are very nutritious for human health and you even ask that if we don’t eat meat, egg and milk then what should we eat. Because being Vegan we have more option for healthy and nutritious food and we could become a healthy person. Well, there are plenty of options and choices of food which are good, healthy, nutritious and most importantly they could be made without hurting any animal. There are many alternatives for every non-vegetarian food to vegan food and every vegetarian food to vegan food.
One of them important are milk as milk is also crucial for our health using plant-based milk instead of animal milk is very good for health which are peanut milk, coconut milk and even now milk produced with the help of potato, it means that for all food there already some alternatives and more and more vegan food resources are getting produced. That is why, solution for any problem could be endless same is for human food resource. As Vegan food resource, option, choice and food alternatives are endless.
