Mysterious hole found at the bottom of the Atlantic Ocean

Aliens or not? Or the site of an ancient civilization?

Deep sea world

Human beings have a feeling of familiarity and strangeness with the ocean.

In order to expand the scope of human exploration of the oceans, countries are working on seabed probes to discover new faces of the deep world.

In the process, many unexplained phenomena have been discovered.

Among them is a mysterious hole found at the bottom of the Atlantic Ocean.

When people saw this, two ideas came into their minds, one is the remains of an alien civilization, the other is a prehistoric civilization.

So what are these mysterious holes?

A hole in the bottom of the Atlantic Ocean

An American underwater probe, on the ocean floor north of the Azores Islands in the Atlantic Ocean, found something it had never seen before.

The holes were found at a depth of 2,500 meters. Instead of being circular, they look like the marks of a knife that was inserted and then pulled out.

The holes were arranged in a neat line, with equal distances between them, as if they had been drilled by some human mind.

What's more, there is more than one such hole on the floor of the Atlantic Ocean. Four more have been found in another part of the ocean 483 kilometers away, at a depth of about 1,600 meters.

The hole was found in the mid-east part of the Atlantic Ocean, near the famous Atlantic Ridge.

This ridge is the junction of the American plate with the African and Eurasian plates, mainly in the state of expansion.

The hole in particular looks like a type of breeches used to thread a needle and connect the two plates.

Or maybe the holes look a bit like the street drains in some countries, the undersea drains, which are strange at any rate.

The discovery of a mysterious hole in the Atlantic caused an immediate uproar. In the scientific community, such a strange hole had never been found in the bottom of the sea.

The first thing that comes to mind is aliens.

Alien ruins

Why do people always say aliens are responsible for anything they can't explain?

This is because in the minds of most people, alien civilizations are more advanced than Earth civilizations.

Human technology is indeed very powerful on Earth, but in the universe is not necessarily.

According to the hierarchy of civilizations in the universe, higher civilizations have the ability to create lower civilizations, so many people believe that the birth of human civilization was due to the intervention of aliens.

And those unexplained phenomena may be the remnants of alien involvement in the transformation of human civilization.

For example, the pyramids are believed to be the signal towers left on Earth by aliens, the Mayans who created a splendid culture were picked up by aliens, and so on.

So what are these holes in the bottom of the Atlantic Ocean, remnants of aliens?

Some people believe that the holes in the Atlantic Ocean are likely to be the marks left by advanced alien civilizations when they designed the Earth's plates.

It's like sewing clothes. We have a lot of sewing machine threads on our clothes, stitching pieces of fabric together to make a garment.

In the same way, we can think of the Earth's crust as a garment, and the holes are its needle and thread eyes.

But others argue that our Earth's plates have undergone many shifts.

The Atlantic Ocean, for example, began to form during the Jurassic period, about 185 million years ago, and has since expanded to become what it is today, suggesting that aliens didn't start out as sewn as they are today.

Supporters say this is evidence of that.

Maybe some fish

Some fish scientists, however, think it may be the work of some deep-sea fish.

The hole was found between 1,600 and 2,500 meters below the sea floor, a depth inaccessible to humans but only by robots.

But for fish, this depth is not a problem at all. Fish can be found at depths of more than 8,000 meters.

Some of the most exotic species of deep-sea fish are those that like to hide in the sand and cosplay with kelp and seaweed to confuse prey and avoid predators.

These holes could be the work of some hairtail fish that lived here for a while and then migrated away, leaving these traces behind.

The animals' own mistakes are not unheard of.
