Love is stirring for you

Love is stirring for you

By KAMETHIA EDWARDSPublished 3 years ago 4 min read

As soon as I saw that girl, I fell in love with her and couldn't help walking towards her. She was sitting on a high stool, reciting the Koran leisurely and happily. Her voice was as sweet as a silver bell; Her beautiful face shone with a brilliant, brilliant lustre. It was as the poet had intoned:

A woman of incomparable beauty,

Love is stirring for you.

You have the voice of a nightingale, the appearance of a flower,

A suitor pours out his heart to you day and night.

As I listened to the girl reciting the cadence of the Qur 'an, I secretly intended to answer and greet her, but at her fatal glance I stuttered and stammered, unable to express my feelings in words. My senses and my eyes were suddenly confused and bewildered, just as the poet intoned:

Just now the heart of love sprouted,

I stuttered as if I were dumb.

Now that I've made up my mind,

Don't look around.

The reason I dare to speak frankly,

Just to express love.

I calmly held down the heartstrings of love, and said to the girl: "Noble, jewel of a lady! I send you my regards and greetings. May Allah grant you beauty and happiness throughout your life."

"Dear Abdullah, you have my best wishes and a warm welcome."

'How do you know my name, miss? Who are you? How are the people in this city? Why is it that you are the only one left alive when the whole city is turned to stone? By Allah Almighty, I beseech you to tell me the full truth of the matter."

"Abdullah, please sit down. By the will of Allah, I will tell you what is happening here. And of course in my case and in the case of the city and its inhabitants. It has happened a long time ago and there is nothing to be done but to be saved by the great Allah."

I sat down beside her with a mixture of curiosity and admiration. So she began to tell me what had happened here

This city was once the bustling capital of a kingdom ruled by my biological father, the man you see sitting on a golden throne in the great hall. Those around him were his civil servants and generals. My father commanded an army of 1.12 million men. He had 24,000 members, all of whom were high officials. In addition to towns, towns, castles and fortresses, he ruled over a thousand large cities. He had a thousand generals under his command, each commanding twenty thousand horsemen. As for his wealth of money, treasure, and jewels, he had more wealth than ever before.

Many Kings under my father's conquests paid tribute to him. In the battle, he destroyed countless heroes and heroines. His fame was so great that all imperious and tyrannical princes were afraid of him; Even the mighty Kings of Persia had to submit to him. But my father and all his subjects and troops were heretics who did not believe in the Almighty Allah, but worshiped the Buddha with devotion.

One day, when my father was meeting civil and military officials in the palace, a stranger suddenly came to him. The light on the man's face lit up the court. My father fixed his eyes on the man, who was dressed in a green robe, of a fine figure, with his hands hanging to his knees, grave and radiant. He said bluntly to my father, "You tyrannical, conceited fellow, why don't you stop worshiping your useless Buddha? I advise you and your people to abandon the Buddha and convert to Islam. Because the only person who should be worshipped is the true God Allah who knows everything and can do everything."

"Who are you? How dare you desecrate the idol? Aren't you afraid the idol will punish you?" My father asked the stranger.

"The Buddha statue is made of clay and stone, and its punishment could not have done me any harm. If you don't believe me, please go and bring here the statues that you worship and the statues that your people worship, and then you pray to them to punish me, and see what happens. And I pray to my Lord to punish you, so that you may see the difference between the Creator and the Created. Because the Buddha statue was created by you mortals, it gives the devil the opportunity to possess the statue and talk to you and do mischief. The master of my faith is the creator, omnipotent."

"What is your master? Will you show us?"

"You may have a chance to see him, but you'd better look at your so-called Buddha statues first."

My father agreed to the stranger's request and ordered his worshippers to bring their statues to the palace. So, according to the orders of the consorts, they hurried home one after another, brought their usual worship of the Buddha to the palace, one by one in front of the king.

While I was in my room, behind a curtain, I could see and hear everything that was going on in the hall. The statue I worship is made of green jade and is about life-size. Following my father's instructions, I also sent it to the temple to be placed next to my father's Buddha statue. The Buddha statues worshipped by my father were made of gemstones, the Buddha statues worshipped by the prime minister were made of diamond, and the Buddha statues worshipped by the other ministers and generals were made of red corundum, agate, agarwood, ebony, gold and silver. In short, the Buddha statues that each official worships are freely chosen according to his own status. Buddha statues come in different colors, yellow, red, green, black and white. Then the stranger said to my father, "Will you pray to these Buddha statues of yours to punish me?"
