Improbable Paradise

Once upon a time, on a tropical island far, far away, there lived two unlikely friends. One was a crab, named Clarence, who lived in the sandy beaches. He was small and shy, and spent most of his days hiding under the rocks, avoiding the big waves that came crashing to the shore. The other was a parrot, named Polly, who lived in the lush jungle. She was colorful and loud, and spent her days singing and playing with her feathered friends.

One day, a fierce storm swept through the island, destroying everything in its path. Clarence was thrown out of his home and washed up on the shore of the jungle, where he lay helpless and alone.
