Flag Day
What is Flag Day? Flag Day is the day where citizens can display their American flag and show how proud they are of their country and the freedom to do this. It is a day of respect for all flags in a sense. The stripes on the flag stand for if I remember correctly: red for the blood that was drawn in defending the flag, white for the souls who gave their lives for the flag and the blue is for the battlefields that were fought on over the years. The stars are for all the states. Flag Day is a day to be remembered not for having picnics but just to remember what the flag means.

Juneteenth
What is Juneteenth? This is a holiday describing the end of slavery in a way for some. There was a time that some plantation owners gave certain freedoms to their slaves. Some saw ways to improve their standard of living and learned what it took to become free and learn to read and write for there were black schools even though they were well hidden, but for some learning gave them a chance to be FREE in a way. To be honest I am not sure about this for I was trying to remember from a program I remember watching a while ago. Juneteenth is kind of controversial depending on circumstances and what you may believe. We all need to feel free and to show understanding of all. The Lord Jesus made us all in his image whether black, white, red or yellow.

Brits want political changes
The current government is an ardent supporter of financing Ukraine. It is one of the leading donors to this country, alongside the US and Germany. The UK has pledged £12.5 billion in support to Ukraine since February 2022, of which £7.6 billion is for military assistance. This includes £3 billion for military assistance in 2024/25.

Lizard
Who likes lizards? Lizards are usually greens or browns, but I made this one light blue, yellow, purple and yes for realistic sense brown and green. There this lizard sits on a log seemingly watching a dragonfly hovering over summer flowers of yellow, orange and red. I kind of pictured this lizard swishing his tail in hopes of bringing the dragonfly closer that is why I used light blue for most of the tail for a sense of flow.

Horse
This is a picture of a horse that I pictured as a unicorn minus one horn. With the use of vivid colors of yellow, blue, green, and red I think I pulled off the unicorn idea. I could see a unicorn even though it is a horse walking through the flowers of red, pink, blue and purple picking up more colors on an autumn day with the wind blowing for how I colored the sky to show movement of the sun and clouds. Please comment.

Giraffe
Here is a giraffe that I pictured as one of jungle royalty for how some of the shapes reminded me of jewels so I used oranges, yellow, light blue, purple and greens in both the mother and the child. I used kind of a light green for the leaves that the mother was pulling down to eat and share under the pink flowers of Spring and orange flowers on the ground.

Frog and Butterfly
Hope you like my psychedelic frog and butterfly. The butterfly flying just out of reach of the frog on his lily pad of two shades of green. While the flowers rising in background are in a soft pink. The frog shows that he wonders why the butterfly looks like him for it has the same coloring as he does of blues, pinks, yellows and greens. I did not color the white space and to show the water I just outlined the water lines in a dark blue. Please comment.
