In being a Copy typist

old typewriter (pexels.com)

Good news! for having been looking for positions that allow me to use the skills that I have learned since high school. For the past two to three years, I have been searching for jobs that will allow me to use my typewriting skills such as typing from handwritten materials in many subjects for that day has arrived. I started my first project for Ditto Transcripts.com typing handwritten recipes, and there are a lot of them.

There are several online sites out there that hire transcriptionists who do the audio type (speech to text) and some of them even hire text-to-text transcriptionists which is the type I am working as now as well as reading and writing here on Vocal, and one day when the college opens their virtual door to out of state instructors I will be teaching my Coloring Workshop and I hope it will be soon say in a few months to a year, I hope.

I am thinking that it's a good thing that I have and am using everything that I have learned from all my years of learning in school even though it seemed to go backward in a sense. The skills that I learned first back in high school I am now currently using as working as a transcriptionist. I graduated nursing school, passed the state boards and worked as a practical nurse for 14 years and for two years before that I worked as a certified nursing assistant. My college degrees in education allowed me to work in day care and work as a substitute teacher. My one degree in human services allowed me to create and lead therapy groups when I worked as a PRN (when needed) Activity therapist where I worked as a nurse. At times it seemed like a mishmash of skills that seemed to really all go together in some ways.

Actually, I believe I owe all this to God and my parents who always said not to give up and you will find what you want to do whatever it may happen to be. Even through the job I was just hired to do was the first skill I learned way back when along with all the other skills and theories I learned for who knows as a copy typist for this current company there may be projects that utilize my knowledge in the fields of education, nursing and social services. Ditto Transcripts is a site that has many options for me in working as a text-to-text transcriptionist/copy typist. It pays to be persistent and patient even if being patient at times is a very hard thing to do.

Dear Mr. Mark, I'm here right now. I was banned for one month due to complaining that I am using AI. I requested the Vocal team to check all my article posts as well as comments. The result is Negative (Vocal team checked each and every post and comment that took almost one month), happy to see all of my wishes. Also, I appreciated the Vocal team's release from the misuse complaint about my articles. About your post,t which is very fantastically written, and good job.
