The month of August is one where the summer seems to be dwindling away. At times the days and nights seem cooler with bouts of warmer days and nights. The summer picnics seems to be also fewer. The back-to-school sales begin along with various school orientations at different levels of schooling. Again, August is the end of summer vacation.

Delegating and Assigning
I was reading an article in a nursing newspaper 'The Pelican News' for April, May and June of this year. The article that I read feels like it could appeal to all professions is entitled 'Delegating and Assigning: What You Need to Know'. The author Cynthia Saver has blocked out at the end of the article 'Five Rights of Delegation'. I am going to retype these five verbatim for I do not want to misinterpret them.
