Was Keith Warren Lynched?
The Case One summer afternoon, a family in Silver Spring, Maryland would face a tragedy that no family should endure. On July 31st, 1986, Keith Warren’s body was found hanging from a tree in a wooded area not too far from his home. Keith was slated to start college in just one short month. Keith’s immediate family at the time consisted of his mother (Mary) and his sister (Sherri). In the beginning, both his sister and his mom had a belief in line with that of the local police. That belief was that Keith had committed suicide by hanging. While the police would stick with that theory, Keith’s family would soon start to change their minds about how he died. For starters, two ropes were used to hang Keith. The tree was also too small for him to have killed himself by hanging. Lastly, Keith’s family was not even officially notified of his death, there was no autopsy done, and his body was almost immediately sent to a funeral home.

What Happened To Alonzo Brooks?
When Unsolved Mysteries returned to our tv screens in July 2020, one of their first cases was a doozy. The Netflix reboot of the show featured the case of a mid-twenties partygoer who may have been the victim of a series of hate crimes that ultimately lead to his death. If it wasn’t for the reboot, however, his case would still be closed.

Which Twin Do You Believe? The Case of Frederick and Cedric Young
While there are certainly exceptions, I think it’s safe to say that we’re all raised with a single concept: family. Your family is an important component of your life that is permanent and impactful. Most importantly, though, they’re supposed to be something that you can rely on. The bond between family members is seen as one of the only forms of unconditional love that exists. But what happens when you can’t trust your family? What happens when the family member that betrays you is your own twin brother? Well, that depends on what side of this case you find yourself.

Who Killed Josiah Lawson?
The Story Nineteen-year-old David Josiah Lawson was studying Criminology at HSU (Humboldt State University, located in Northern California in the small town of Arcata). Lawson was the president of the Brothers United, an on-campus group that formed as a result of the unsolved murder of a Black HSU student, Cory Clark in 2001 (there is, unfortunately, a lack of information on his case). The group’s goal was to provide support for Black men in the predominately white institution — and predominantly white area — in which they felt there was more support needed.

If You Don’t Believe In Coincidences, You Will After Reading This

He made his way to the intersection where he would normally turn to make his way home before telling his new passenger that he’d gone the distance he was willing to go.

Reason First: Knell for Alberto “Alpo” Martinez
How did the former drug kingpin and murderer of Harlem Alberto “Alpo” Martinez get laid down, soul-brother style in that borough? He rode motorcycles after being released into the witness protection program and was shot dead in a 2017 Dodge Ram. Martinez “lived” his life as a low-life drug dealer and murderer. The Reason Why Baine Murders
Baine Marques is believed to be the perpetrator of the recent mass killings and bloody crime scenes. He’s twenty-three years old. His parents have been dead for a few years, and his brother when missing a year ago. We believe he began by killing individual people. Someone wandering the streets late at night, too drunk to run or sense the danger. He’s upped his game these past two months, going to bars and massacring everyone inside. There are never any survivors. I stare at him, taking in his features. Deep brown eyes and long black hair. He stares right back at me. Even when he’s in chains, I feel like I’m his prey.
