This time, it is for allegedly assaulting his pregnant girlfriend. Found in the attic of a residence, Jaydayoungan surrendered to law enforcement based on a warrant. What all of these truths spell is a rowdy, rambunctious kid who still holds on to youth like a thugged out Holden Caufield.

Norman Mailer, Jack Henry Abbott and the Pesky Beast Belly
In addition to being a Pulitzer Prize-winning author, Norman Mailer was an attempted murderer who used a a penknife to stab his wife, Adele Morales, in 1960. This resulted in him being involuntarily committed to Bellevue Hospital for 17 days, and also three-years' probation. In other words, he had a criminal history. This may be why he empathized with Jack Henry Abbott. Mailer helped publish Abbott's 1981 memoir, In the Belly of the Beast, collected from their correspondences as Abbott served time. Though Abbott had been found guilty of forgery, bank robbery and murdering another inmate, Mailer thought he had potential as a great writer. As it turned out, In the Belly of the Beast would make Abbott a one-hit wonder. Not only was his followup sort of a flop, but Abbott foolishly threw it all away not long after being freed in June of 81.

Why Is Harvey Weinstein Still Protected?
There's a tenet in the North American legal system with which we are all familiar: innocent until proven guilty. We are told we shouldn't openly vilify those who are awaiting trial, even when there is such an overwhelming amount of damning evidence that the person in question should immediately be placed in jail.

Talking Star: 'The Star Report: Chris Brown Allegedly Sniffing Coke in Club'
With a short description of a rainy, cloudy day with no sun, Star says that he had a beautiful day. Earlier, he journeyed to Lake Lenier for some R&R. He sums up by saying he enjoyed his life that Sunday. Soon, the tone becomes more serious. The story of the shooting of the unarmed woman by police in Fort Worth, Texas enlivens Mr. Torain. Star reverts to the old adage, that there’s something in the water down there in Texas. Of course, he doesn’t mean this literally, but it stirs the pot. In another story, a Dayton, Ohio man was shot down in his attempt to rob a store.

Reason First: Should Rapper Tay-K Serve over Half a Century Behind Bars?
Fifty-five years. Fifty-five years can mean a lifetime of things. Graduations, promotions, weddings, births can all occupy this stretch of time. For rapper Tay-K, his version of 55 years will consist of one hour of physical training every day and the rest confined to a cell. It serves him right. This convicted felon will be looking down these 55 years for his role in robberies and murder. Now, there is a campaign to fill his prison commissary with books, letters, and money to help him “cope” with his time behind bars. Tay-K went on the lam before his capture by United States Marshals. He even released a song called “The Race” right before his capture. In that time, he took to Twitter to voice his “outrage” over being confined to his house.

It’s pretty bad when you get socked by a guy with one eye. A staff member actually made the decision to subdue the assailant who happened to be the platinum rapper. Subsequently, the hip hop star received the charges of misdemeanor assault and battery. So, what does all of this mean? Are semi-disabled rappers really out here trying to knock out able bodied young people?

Reason First: Meek Is Free Because of Thinking
Every Twelve O’Clock Boy should be rejoicing from B-More to Philly. Meek Mill is no longer a suspected convict. A 2008 charge related to a firearm has been dismissed by a panel of three judges. On the heels of signing a brand new deal with his label Dream Chasers under billionaire JAY-Z’s Roc Nation, Meek celebrated on Instagram stating how he is clean as far as the law is concerned. This is a clarion call to any man of color in America who is currently going through the legal system while still trying to enjoy the spoils and fruits of their labors.

Reason First: Is Benzino a Racist?
It’s one thing to spew hatred on the media landscape to match the directions of radio stations, television channels, and websites. But with respected figures like Benzino, he should have had greater situational awareness. Instead of going on a racist tirade, he should have paid attention to the blatant bigotry and racism that he spouted towards a law enforcement officer. As a man of mixed races, he may have been compelled to spit such hatred. It’s either that or he just could not control his emotions.
