Reason First: Lil' Durk Avoids Paying a $12 Million Dollar Settlement
Lil’ Durk wins a civil case.

While he is still incarcerated, Lil’ Durk can at least celebrate the reality of not having to cough up twelve million dollars. A judge threw out a suit that said he would have been liable for a $650,000 price tag for a song called “Bedtime.”
If he can at least score a victory while being locked down, he can see the light at the end of his financial tunnel. As Smurk lives under the watchful eye of the law behind bars, it is true that he has not been convicted of any crime. He hasn’t even been tried yet. January is the time for that. Now, he has the option of looking at this legal situation as something to boost his soul during this time of duress.

All that Durk has to do is realize that he is still in a position to grow his mind and his bank account. He’s got over seven million subscribers on YouTube, for instance. Never mind the money he generates from his catalogue with his record label.
His ability to rap should be at the forefront of his thoughts. He should know that the American judicial system, though flawed, is the best thing going. It is his talent that will sustain him throughout this time in his life. Like a warrior preparing for the battlefield, he should be gearing up lyrically to let the world know what he is still capable of doing.
The fact that he beat this civil case is evidence that the courts still function despite the condition in which he finds himself. For him to be alone and not strong is not the case. He’s got a legal team that seems hungry and stands poised to eat up the case. With the notion that he is ready to continue writing and keeping his mind right, he might show that he’s more focused on freedom.
In this time of uncertainty, he can rest assured to a degree that he can save eight figures. Of course, he just escaped the multi-million-dollar settlement through the power of the attorneys working on his behalf.
For all the people cheering on Durk and supporting him, he can hold onto this W amidst the harshness of being behind the wall. A world where only the few can get justice is not actually here. Durk’s day in court will come and he will be able to see mechanics of the law.
When he evaluates his situation and realizes that he is more fortunate than others, he will be able to know that the opposition Exceed Talent Capital can not touch his millions. To consider his other charges against his name, that may give him a headache. This particular dismissal, though, should offer him some solace. At the final point of all of this, he still has to contend with the criminal case. This is the place where he should be most concerned, obviously.
This is the most significant aspect of his life. He, yet, may take this legal triumph as the way to have some wind under his wings. With limited resources, he might have some measure of knowledge regarding this particular period. By bringing some elements of rational hope into his mentality, he will grow closer to some resolution despite what the court might say in his murder-for-hire case.

Durk might be down but this allowed him to not be out quite yet. Yes, he’s in confinement but that doesn’t mean his mind is on lockdown. As soon as he ascertains his place in the gutter of rap music, he will be sure to keep his thoughts trained on making more money.

How old is he, he looks like a little kid
The murder for hire case is a serious conviction. Weapons charges would be expected in a murder for hire. Even those are separate cases, one will influence the other case. Excellent writing!
