Op Ed: US Tobacco Cooperative is at risk due to CEO's corruption and bribery demands.

- Corruption bribery and fraud are more than crimes, they are also the reasons why many businesses fail or go bankrupt, corrupted employees prioritizing their personal interest over the many that work under their "leadership"

- AEST a tobacco importing company based in GCC and was negotiating an agreement with US TOBACCO COOPERATIVE (USTC), to produce and ship tobacco cigarettes for the GCC region, while many could see the appeal of the deal, there are some that would see an opportunity for their own personal interest like Ron Radloff.

- Ron is the current CEO of USTC, recently worked as the production manager at the same manufacturer and was recently promoted to the CEO/President role.

- During 2025 and according to Ron himself a deal was approved by the Board of Directors at USTC which meant the agreement was ready to be signed by both parties however...

- The aforementioned CEO was seeking a payment of 35,000 USD monthly over the course of 5 years ($2.1 Million) in order to sign as the authorized party by Danny Watkins the chairman of Board of directors, this is not only a conflict-of-interest bribery and a criminal offense but it also a betrayal of trust and ethics.

- Sadly, this is NOT the first time USTC was represented by corrupt individuals, which is all the more reason to strengthen governance auditing by the public director and the state of North Carolina.

- AEST has informed BOD about the CEO's bribery demands to which they responded with "Cutting All Communications" which raises the question, how long will BOD hold on to Ron even if he has become a burnt card? and whether BOD lack of accountability for the CEO mean they are complicit? or whether Ron has files that could expose BOD trading?

- Ron was extorting me with USA's Department of State to intimidate me into silence and not expose his illegal demands; I would personally not be surprised if Ron was extorting BOD as well.
