Man Caught Masturbating in Bikini Beans Drive-Thru Takes His Own Life After Video Goes Viral

Nautica Malone could not handle the world seeing his actions

By Criminal MattersPublished 9 months ago 3 min read

On January 8, 2025, 27-year-old Nautica Malone pulled up to a Bikini Beans Coffee drive-thru pantless and masturbating. As he pulled through the line of cars to the window to pay for and pick up his order, the barista began to record the man on her phone.

She asked, “Have you been here before?”, likely implying some type of memorable incident between the man on a prior visit. He smiled and nodded, “Yes”, but his lighthearted spirit quickly changed.

The barista noticed Malone was naked from the waist down and noticed his hand on his penis. She ordered him to leave. He drove off, undoubtedly embarrassed.

The barista uploaded the video to social media; it quickly went viral. Millions of people berated Malone, called him names, and made memes from his photos.

Three days later, Goodyear (AZ) police found the body of the married father of two in his car in a shopping center parking lot. He died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head.

Malone left behind a suicide note for his wife, Tori.

The note read, “I apologize. I love you queen. I made a mistake and I don’t think I’ll be able to face you and the babies. I don’t know why I drove through like that. My mental has been f***ed up. I am not a monster. I apologize and I love you forever if I am in critical condition please pull the plug.”

He finished, “To all my family and friends I love you and I’m so sorry. I love my kids and family. Please forgive me.”

She told media outlets that her husband had not been his usual happy, joking self lately. She provided police with the suicide note left in his phone.

Malone’s mother blames the coffee shop for her son’s death. She believes the barista violated her son’s rights when she recorded him since the ‘car door covered his nakedness’. Many supporters agreed with her and stood in support of Malone.

On January 26, 2025, supporters held a “Gooneral” in his honor at the Bikini Beans Coffee Shop where the incident occurred. Around 100 people gathered to celebrate Malone’s life and accuse the coffee shop employees of wrongdoing.

Most people recognize the act as sexual harassment. Women should not endure obscene behavior anywhere, especially at work. Bikini Beans expressed condolences for the Malone family, but emphasized that it stood with its employee: Malone committed a crime when he exposed himself in the drive-thru line. The company said it supports a safe workplace and environment for its employees.
