Finding Dead Body!!!

Once upon a midnight dreary, a group of children were walking down a foggy street. The children were on their way to the park to play what they thought would be a fun game of hide and seek. However, this night, the game would take a dark turn.

As they walked, the group noticed a thick fog had drawn in, making it difficult to see beyond a few feet in front of them. Taking a shortcut through a narrow alley, the group stumbled upon something they had never expected to find. There, lying in the alley, was a dead body.

The body was so mutilated and grotesque in its appearance, that the children could barely look at it. They could see the wounds over the body had been caused by a sharp object, and the bones seemed to be broken in several places. There was no sign of life coming from the body.

Once the children realized what it was they had found, they quickly ran away from the alley in a state of shock and fear. They ran all the way back home and had difficulty speaking as a result of what they had seen. None of them had ever witnessed such a gruesome scene in their whole lives.

The body was eventually found by the police. An autopsy report concluded that the cause of death was multiple stab wounds to the chest. However, there was no explanation as to how or why the body was placed in that alley.

The children had not reported their discovery out of fear of being questioned. One of them had been the first one to spot the body and they shared an unspoken agreement to never speak of it. But, as time passed, the knowledge of what they had seen began to haunt them.

As they grew up, they started having vivid nightmares of the dead body they'd seen in the alley.
