“Belladona Grey should be charged with the murder of her husband, Dashiell Parker as she had a false alibi. She was in fact, not at the bar at 11:00 PM, as the waitress at the bar, Kimberly Fawn claimed she’d seen her exit way earlier, at around half past 9 and she even has her video camera to prove it. The drive to the house is merely 25 minutes, giving her plenty of time to poison him and clean up her act. She’d cooked dinner for him, and that is why remnants of antifreeze were on his plate, even after she’d tried to cover up the murder scene. There was antifreeze hidden in her house, under the bed in the guests room. And she had a reason to kill him too. He has 789,450 dollars in his life insurance and she kept asking him about it so he became suspicious and records show that just earlier that day, at 6:43 PM he pulled out his life insurance towards her and gave it to their 14 year old daughter, Emery. Emery was said to have “written” a suspicious “suicide note” and kept it in her hands as she lay unconscious on her bed as she’d “overdosed”. But the mother “found” her and called the police just in time. But the toxins found in her body were not the pills on the nightstand her mom had claimed she was addicted to. It was antifreeze. And Emery, who remembers the incident vividly claims her mother and her had a drink before she passed out. She had been feeling nauseous so she went to lie down. The next thing she knew, she was in the ambulance and people thought she’d killed her father who she’d claimed in the letter was reportedly abusive to her mother. She denied this, and having any correlation with the scene at all. She even now suspected her mother had killed her father, isn’t that right Emery Parker-Grey?”

Emery: “(she says this between quiet sobs) Yes. And please, call me Emery Parker. I don’t want to be related to that monster.”

Opposing side, lawyer Mrs. Jamail: “Some of the evidence you’ve provided, Mrs. Lee is not supported by backing evidence. The waitress may not have remembered Belladonna Grey correctly, as she doesn’t even provide her full name when she goes to bars. She usually goes by one of her favorite cartoon names, and she has told me that last time this name was Twilight Sparkle. The video camera is blurry, which means it is a highly unreliable source of information backing up your evidence, much like the bar waitress is. It was also a very crowded road that night, as when I was on my way home from work after I’d finished meeting with my last attorney it took me 2 hours rather than the usual 30 minutes to get home. That same night the road was blocked for there had been a car crash blocking almost every road leading to the same neighborhood both Belladonna and I live in. I believe that she framed Emery because she was very scared because that was the day she was supposed to have been brought into court for a second trial so she avoided it this way. Her daughter Emery did not have a fatal amount of antifreeze in her bloodstream, only enough to knock her out. Records show that it was not Belladonna’s account used to buy the antifreeze, it was none other than Dashiell Parker. In attempt to commit suicide he probably put the antifreeze in his dinner afterwards and went to bed, hence the delay of Belladonna Grey’s response to phone the police. She should be charged only for the endangerment of her daughter, but not for the killing of her husband. She was even cheating on her husband, which is a better reason for him to commit suicide. That is probably why he switched the insurance, because he found out about that. Also he’d recently been fired from his job which he didn’t tell his wife and the family’s dog, Bruno had just recently died, who he was very attached to. He had many reasons to commit suicide and his medical records prove he has had many mental health problems such as anorexia, depression, bipolar disease, and cutting. He is a very unstable man and has, according to Belladonna, recently relapsed on his anorexia, and lost 30 pounds in the last 4 months”

Emery: “It’s all a lie!!! My father would never do this to me!!! He would never leave me to my psycho mother!!! My mom knows EVERYTHING, including his PIN number!!! She has the problems, not him!!!”

Mrs. Lee: “Emery, it’s okay. I can handle this. He is unstable, yes, but the main reason he relapsed was because his wife had been cheating on him and he found out. He’d called his parents and said he wanted to file for divorce, but Belladonna knew this would leave her with nothing, for her new boyfriend, Ryan O’Conner was a poor countryman. She knew this extra money would get her new life started with her boyfriend and blaming it on her daughter would allow this to happen. Why else would she have been so mad when she found out she wasn’t left with the life insurance? Why had she called to meet her boyfriend right after her husband died in the hospital? And you are completely wrong about her alibi, did you forget which bar she went to? She went to the Rough Lemon Brew Pub which is actually located right near the minimart on the back gate way out. Thus she wouldn’t have been involved in the traffic at all. And did you forget that evidence has proven that Mrs. Fawn sees Belladonna every Friday at the pub? She comes at 8:30 PM and leaves after around an hour of drinking and dancing. She knows her when she sees her. Not to mention, while she was drunk she accidentally told Mrs. Fawn “I can’t wait to get rid of my husband when I get home tonight.” on around 3 different occasions, but Mrs. Fawn didn’t take her seriously, she just thought they were having a really bad fight or something and didn’t want to get involved. But when this incident turned into something different she was quick to inform the police of what she’d heard. Is this correct Mrs. Fawn?”

Mrs. Fawn: “Yes. And I’m so sorry I let it get this bad. I wish I could go back in time and help, try to save Mr. Parker. He and I have been friends since highschool. In this small town nearly everyone knows everyone. I’m just so sorry.”

Judge: “Mrs. Belladonna Grey, do you plead guilty or innocent?”

Belladonna Grey: “Innocent.”

Judge Murphy:: “Case overruled. Mrs. Belladonna Grey, you are sentenced to 1st degree murder and will spend 25 years to life in prison with no parole, do you understand?”

Belladonna Grey (coldly): “No, because I did not commit murder of either of my husbands.”

Judge Murphy:: “Either of your husbands?”

Belladonna Grey: “No, I mean...you can’t...I didn’t…”

Judge Murphy:: “So you are claiming you not only are responsible for the death of Mr. Parker but also for the cold case of Bobert Morris?”

Belladonna Grey: “I didn’t say that!!!”

Judge Murphy: “Oh, but I think you did. It will take further investigation, but with this new investigation, if you are found guilty of Bobert Morris, you will possibly earn the death penalty. But for now we will put the case on hold. You will for now be sentenced to life in prison, but if this goes bad for you you will be on death row.”
