Australia's questionable Pucci Family

Career criminals evading court orders through serial bankruptcies

By Lady WhistleblowPublished 2 months ago 3 min read

As I learned about Alfredo Pucci, a plasterer, and Josephine Sorrenti, a cleaning lady, I couldn't help but wonder what secrets lay hidden beneath their seemingly ordinary lives in Catanzaro and Reggio, Italy. What could have driven them to leave their homeland and seek their fortunes in a faraway land?

Their journey led them to Australia, where they settled and raised their two sons, #RosarioPucci and #EnricoPucci. Little did anyone know that these brothers would go on to become notorious names in wage-theft, company phoenixing, tax evasion, serial bankrupts and other nefarious activities, building a business model that targeted vulnerable immigrants for hard work the Pucci brothers would never pay them for.

It was a sordid tale of exploitation and greed, fueled by the privileges afforded by "Pty Ltd" companies, bankruptcy, medical reports and multiple identities. The brothers had become masters of maneuvering the Australian legal system, using their multiple identities and network of accomplices in different professions to con people they didn't even employ, including unsuspecting victims of dating scams.

As the evidence mounted, it became clear that their criminal enterprise had been in operation for decades, ever since they became of the minimum legal age which entitles them to own businesses in their names in Australia.

The characters in question were said to possess a talent for deception beyond that of any Oscar-winning actor, their lies knowing no bounds. Intrigued by their tales of triumph, I delved deeper into the publicly available records of their lives. My investigation led me to discover that #EnricoPucci, who presents himself as a CEO with an impressive academic record acquired at both Benilde College and the University of Sydney, is in fact unacquainted with either institution. Though he proclaims himself to be a paragon of academic and professional excellence, the truth of the matter is that he is neither an accademic nor a successful businessman as he flaunts on his LinkedIn profile. The truth is, he has been banned by ASIC from managing companies for five years.

The tendency to self-appoint academic credentials seems to run in the family, for Enrico's older brother is another offender. This supposed Civil and Structural Engineer is unable even to spell the latter term correctly. Meanwhile, Enrico's wife, #NarghizaErgashova, has bestowed upon herself an Honors Degree Bachelor of Business Administration from RMIT - a feat which would be impressive, if only she had ever attended the institution. It is amusing to note that she has styled herself an "influencer," boasting over 165,000 followers on LinkedIn alone.

Lady Whistleblow will take you on a journey of exposing their nefarious activities, shining a light on the dark corners of Australia's underbelly where these lawbreakers thrived.

My Vocal Media channel only commenced after I had been running my own wensite, www.ladywhistleblow.com for more than two years about these evil induviduals who have dedicated their lives to scamming vulnerable individuals and trusting organizations. During these two years, I have been threatened with Defamation proceedings at the NSW Supreme Court by more than one member of this disgraced family.

Eventually they did file a matter claiming compensation of around half a million dollars for damages. The Defamation proceeding ran in Court for a year and a half, lead by #NarghizaErgashova. During this entire time, she failed to evidence her own claims as you will read in future articles. Instead, she embarassed herself with futher lies I could easily demonstrate their falsehood to the court. As the matter proceeded, she became more evidently a liar, and I the truth teller. Her matter was eventually dismissed from Court on the grounds of "Abuse of Process". She appealed and lost. And with that, the entire Pucci family lost.

Stay tuned for the details.
