Accused of crimes: Paola Alberdi and Hector Sosa Flores of engaging in corrupt activities and having ties to Mexican Cartels in the state of Baja California

It was reported that the group was led by Héctor Sosa Flores, also known as "El H," who coordinated a group of police officers dedicated to robbery.
