I grew up with four siblings, two boys, and two girls, me being the youngest. Believe me, when I say, I had a lot of experience with them since at the age of 7 (that's the only age I started to remember everything), whether it be happy times or the unforgettable pranks that will always be brought up in family gatherings despite 28 years had passed and it's humiliating me.
I think half of my personality right now it's because of them. They played a big part that molded me into a bully Aunt to their children. (haha. the best revenge ever!)
At some point, those memories were hilarious and I grew up a happy kid and being loved, I guess growing with them is not that bad after all.
Let's start it off with our oldest...
VAL
He's the affectionate type, the one the always smooches my cheeks when I whenever he gets the chance to, and I always make sure to wipe my face off every time, 'cause I'm not a fan of kisses. (it disgusted me, eww!)
Back in my first grade, rushing home from school (which is just a kilometer away from our house) at that time, my bladder is killing me and I badly needed to pee. I didn't make it to our bathroom, instead, I peed beside our house and Val saw me as I was approaching our house.
I'm wearing a little blue skirt uniform which was easy 'cause I would just lift it up. I was stunned seeing I have no underwear at all, and I didn't notice it throughout the day in school. The awkward part is, he saw me from our window and was laughing so hard at my reaction of not knowing that I forgot to wear undergarments.
Who the hell forgets to wear a panty underneath a skirt? Don't judge the seven-year-old me. I'm a baby.
And Val is having a blast whenever.
Moving on to my sister next to Val...
TIN
Tin is the generous, smart kinda type. She's a scholar meaning our government pays for her schooling and has a monthly allowance. Smart right? She always treats me to fast food but she's also evil.
Having the money, she's the only one who has a cellular phone in the family. Cellular phones at that time were expensive and new to the world. Being ignorant, I borrowed her phone and texted my crush, 'cause I was excited that we have something that can be used to communicate with someone despite the distance.
As I was texting, she kiddingly grabbed her phone read all the texts aloud in front of our family. I know it was cute that the little me is already courting someone but in my point of view, it was also mortifying that they heard all that corny exchanges with my crush.
That's where pick-up lines originated.
Next, our middle boy...
LUIS
Luis is the ROCK type. He has these heavy hands with a habit of jokingly spanks me and wrestles me (like I'm his little brother).
I made a diary writing all my hatred from my siblings and Luis found my diary and also read out loud like what Tin had done.
I wrote there that Luis's playing style was hurting me, and that when he knew about it, he said sorry but also laughing his ass off. He changed from then on.
Lastly, the fourth in the clan...
JESS
Jess is my very own Tom like the cartoons Tom and Jerry. As we're both the younger ones, we always fight over petty things.
I laugh so hard whenever Jess narrates our story to her children (she has five boys by the way).
In school, whenever I needed to poop, she's the one I ran into, 'cause she'll be responsible for washing my ass (I can't do it myself). And she always bickers to me why I keep on coming to her albeit our older sibling present at the school, she says it's unfair and disgusting.
I just shrug it off and leave her in the bathroom to clean up my shit. (I'm a gangster, I know!)
That's a bit of my spoof childhood right there that I want to slip from my memory. Hope you had fun reading this and don't be shy to leave a tip.
