I’ve been married (M39)for 11 years to my wife (F35) who brought 2 daughters into this world during our marriage. Late 2019, she left her full time job so she could be a stay at home mom while I continued to work full time. In 2021, my wife was on her phone a lot due to doing online surveys and chatting with her friends online/phone calls. She was on her social media account and made a comment on a post I’ve made earlier in the day. One of my former high school friend made a response comment to her comment and she saw I was friends with him. Several weeks gone by and my former high school friend made a ‘friend request’ to her. Mind you, she doesn’t add people that doesn’t know. She asked me about my former classmate and how do I know him. I talked about him and she decided to add him. Fast forward to early 2022, They exchanged numbers and they kept chatting until end of 2024.

Since the beginning of our marriage was built on trust and open communication, so her and I trusted each other’s phones. She told me that she was expecting an important message from her mother later that evening and was going to bed early. I told her I was going to do dishes and laundry that night and I would let her know when her mom messaged her. Her phone was charging in the room I was at and I saw her phone screen light up. I opened up her phone and realized that her photo app was opened last and I saw a front nude of her body.

I was shocked since I wasn’t expecting a shower nude picture of her by which turned on by it. I notice there was a ‘hidden’ section with a high number of photos stored in it. When I opened that section album, she had taken very hot nudes, suggestive naughty teasing photos, and odd objects inserted into her pussy and ass. I got a weird hunch that I should check my phone records, from which I noticed that she was sending nudes to him.

It was hard to tell at first since they usually sent funny memes, so I didn’t any thing of it. There’s more to the story but for now, my wife kept on cheating behind my back and numerous times I have confronted her about my findings. She says it’s no big deal because there’s no emotional connection (which is a lie because she confessed to me that she did had an emotional and mental connection with him).

As of Saturday May 3, 2025 my wife messaged him once more around 6am to 9:21am. During this time I was at work doing additional overtime. When I took my mini 10 minute break, I got a notification that our phone bill is ready to be paid. So I logged into the website to check how much the bill was, that’s when I saw our data usage for the new bill cycle was already high. That’s when I felt the need to check the data to see what was causing the high usage. Sure enough I saw my wife sending text messages to him and as well pictures and videos.

I feel that she is going to keep on going with cheating behavior and as well I don’t trust her since I found her cheating on me from 2021 through the end of 2024.

What would you do in this situation? I’m emotionally hurt by her, disgusting with her behavior and actions, I felt betrayed, I don’t trust her at all, and sadly she is so agitated that any little thing that I do “wrong in her eyes” she gets super angry over the little stupid things.Wife has an affair with me for 3 years and fairly recent.
