To enable you to earn more money, you need to know how to construct the right way to earn money!

Is your monthly salary over 10,000?

Reading a book earlier, I overheard a report from Tencent Penguin Intelligence on the 2019 National Wage Report.

This survey report shows that only 22.44% of people who have been working for more than ten years have a monthly salary of more than 10,000. In other words, in close to 80% of people, their monthly salary after ten years of work still did not exceed 10,000.

Let's believe for a moment that there is nothing wrong with this report. I also believe that in the current society, it is true that there are still many people who are only surviving on the subsistence level and it is difficult to save money.

However, in today's society, if you have not been able to reach a monthly salary of over 10,000 after 10 years of work, then you have to think about what is wrong.

Because of my work, I often have to deal with people from different fields and expand my company's business, so I probably know which circles earn more money and which circles earn less money.

After my observation, those who are not earning high salaries are either self-selected, due to environmental factors, the wrong approach, or, of course, poor execution.

My company is in a third-tier city and working in such a city, the overall salary is definitely not as much as in big cities. But I know a lot of people who still manage to earn over $10,000 a month. Some women workshop starts their own businesses.

A typical example is two of my secondary school classmates, who have been working since they graduated from secondary school, for 13 years now! But about five years ago, one opened a western-style restaurant and the other a mobile phone shop.

Maybe they didn't make much money before that, but after a few short years on the track, they have both bought cars and houses and have their own families.

Instead of earning over 10,000 a month, they are earning tens of thousands doll a month. Even though the previous epidemic stopped work and business and left them with some losses, they still have some resilience to risk.

So, whether you can earn money or not, apart from some objective factors, sometimes we can't ignore some subjective factors.

What subjective factors keep you from earning money?

If a person has hands and feet and is in good health, then the objective factors that prevent us from earning money are usually the economic climate, such as the emergence of an epidemic, which leads to economic contraction and cuts in expenditure in all sectors.

However, when the economy is stable or even on a positive upward trend, the reason why many people do not earn money is more often due to subjective factors.

These subjective factors, roughly, include the following four areas.

(1) Their lack of diligence.

This reason is a cliché.

Although hard work, can't make us Bill Gates but still can make a better life for ourselves! If you see that certain people can be rich by doing nothing, there could be three reasons.

1, he comes from a family of great wealth, such as a rich kid.

2, he has someone he can rely on, such as being married into a wealthy family.

3, he manipulates a positive cash flow, e.g. assets that make money.

If you are not one of these three, most people still have to struggle to make something happen.

If you want to get paid well and earn more than others, you need to work harder than others.

Take me as an example.

A lot of people feel happy when they earn two or three thousand dollars writing articles online, but I'm sorry, but the money I earn every month from writing articles on different platforms online is nearly 20,000 yuan! That's a few thousand dollars more than my real-life salary.

You think it's easy to do that? I've been at it for almost four years now.

I use my spare time from work to write almost one article a day, and each article is more than 3,000 words, not the kind of "spoken word" that you can just read, you need to read various books and then combine your knowledge and experience to be able to write an article.

I come back from work at around 7 or 8 pm, and start writing after 10 pm. What about other people who get off work? Maybe they feel tired and don't want to do anything anymore. The picture below is a corner of the bookshelf in my room.

So, if you hold a perfunctory attitude towards your work and don't seek to get things done, then you're hardly going to make it possible for yourself to get a high salary.

No one, after all, wants to pay such a person a high salary.

2) Not finding the right good platform.

Platforms are important. A platform that allows for higher development will determine whether we can get a high salary or not.

If the platform is not right, then even if you work hard, you will not achieve results; or if your efforts are not what the platform needs, then there is no way to get a high salary.

What kind of platform is a "good platform"?

1, there is considerable development potential and space.

2, to treat employees reasonably and fairly.

3, the ability to make the most of one's talents.

The lack of any one of these three points will affect whether we can achieve the appropriate results through our efforts.

For example, if the first point is missing, the company will not be able to continue to develop, no matter how hard we work today, it will be reduced to nothing tomorrow, then this kind of effort is doing "useless work".

If the second point is missing, if the company is unable to treat all employees reasonably and fairly, then there is no point in trying any harder, after all, some people are corpses and can "feast", you will not change the environment if you stay.

If the third point is missing, and your talents are not needed by the company, then your efforts will not be in line with the interests of the company, and you will be wasting your time. After all, "a treasure in the wrong place will become rubbish".

Therefore, the so-called hard work is not only through their efforts to struggle but also knowing how to choose a suitable place to struggle. And whether you can find a platform that suits you is also something you need to work on.

In short, entering the right line, with the right people, and doing the right thing, is the king of effective efforts.

3) Lack of ability without knowing how to improve.

There is a saying that your ability determines the lower limit of your salary. Your effort determines the upper limit of your salary.

In other words, if you can bring the company a few million of business volume, then you are the company's executives; if you can bring the company tens of millions of business volume, then you are the company's partners.

You can do as much as you are capable of. What kind of ability a person has determines what kind of salary level he has. If you are not competent and you want to get a high salary, then it is almost impossible.

Having competence, there are five criteria by which you are judged.

1, that you can solve problems in certain areas.

2, that what you do can meet certain professional requirements.

3, that you can create some value from what you do.

4, you can accomplish your goals most efficiently.

About these four points, do you consider yourself to be a "competent" person when you compare your current abilities?

Do you think the money will go to you or to someone else who can do what others can do in a day but takes you a week and achieves it in a more demanding and professional way than you?

It is self-explanatory.

So, the more professional a person is, the more they will naturally get paid a higher salary.

4) Not knowing how to properly source and save money

Perhaps you will understand this truth: it is difficult to become rich with a single income. Even those stars who earn a lot of money do not just do TV shows, they also have other side projects

To 'open up is to expand your income sources and not put your eggs in one basket. If one source of income is affected, then other sources of income will be able to cover the expenses.

This is the most important thing we can do to increase our resilience to risk.

So, it is difficult to live on one salary alone to make our lives better. I earn more money writing online than I do in reality, so why do I still work so hard and come back from work so tired every day and still keep writing?

It's because one more source of income is one more security.

Nevertheless, I will continue to expand my income sources in the future. After all, I don't believe that I can always earn so much money "steadily" from writing online, and I need to have other ways to expand my income sources.

So, if you don't think you're getting paid much now, then you'd better think about whether there's something you can do to expand your income stream.

For this, we must know how to expand our horizons and raise our level of awareness. This will allow you, yourself, to have enough vision to seize every opportunity. After all, in every new industry, there is a bonus period and once you miss it, it is difficult to get as high an income as others.

It's also about the ability to take advantage of opportunities.

The ability to earn money is related to many factors. As long as we know how to get to the root of the problem, we will be able to better solve the problems that plague us.

As for cutting costs, again it is important for all of us. No matter how much money you earn each month, make sure you save a fifth of it and don't touch it in any way.

Although being frugal or saving money is not going to turn us into millionaires, developing a good habit of cutting back and developing a good spending habit can improve our ability to resist risk.

In this way, we know how to maximize the use of our money.

Developing the right way to earn money

Having said that the ways that lead to us not earning money, is it the other way around that by targeting to change these problems, we improve our chances of earning money?

You can do this.

We need to develop the right mindset and the right way of earning money or to ow ourselves more money.

Here are four tips to share.

First, be clear about your goals in life, and then take your,r work seriously.

Muddling through will not help us earn more money.

At all times, we should have a positive vision for our lives and know exactly whlivese need to do to be able to do an effective job.

For example, in the future I want to start my bra, standard I need to learn a lot of things to achieve this gotolike how to run the company, expand the business and build a sound company structure are all things we need to learn in a targeted way.

Once I have enough capital, all I have to do is to take action toward my goal. If we are afraid of the wolves and the tigers before we take action, then we will easily achieve nothing.

During this period of hard work, as long as we keep our minds and eyes sharp, we may come across many opportunities to earn money. At this point, just seize the opportunity.

To get yourself a good salary, attitude and strength, are both equally important.

Secondly, be brave enough to find the right platform for your efforts.

Some people are suitable for part-time jobs, some for entrepreneurship, but whatever it is, finding the right platform for your efforts is a very important thing.

Of course, if you have contacts to take you to a good platform, don't be embarrassed to save face. Sometimes it's easy to leave a platform, but it's very difficult to get into a good one.

Quite simply, do you think it's easy to get you into headline writing now and get a monthly income of over $10,000? It's not easy at all. Even if we were to sign up for a new account and start all over again, we may not do what we are doing now.

If you are aware of certain opportunities and miss them, then you don't know when the next opportunity will come again. Daring to embrace change and stepping out of our comfort zone is what allows us to enter a new world.

In other words, if you are currently at a not-so-great plateau and then don't quite dare to change jobs when you spot an opportunity, then this can be a hindrance to moving on.

Sometimes, opportunities don't present themselves to us in an obvious way. We need to know how to identify what is an opportunity, what is a chance, what is a challenge, and what is a hindrance.

This way, as long as you have the perseverance, and are willing to learn and pay, you will be able to find a suitable platform on which to shine.

Thirdly, be conscious of expanding your sources of income

Since we have to open source to protect our income and resist risks, we naturally have to find open-source channels.

The open-source" mentioned here does not necessarily mean going into a big business or finding a flawless project to do, but also some part-time work.

When I was studying in Hong Kong, I met friends who had a day job and a part-time job in the evenings, so they only had 10 hours of personal time a day, and they already spent 6 or 7 hours of sleep.

If you feel that witsleepurrent income, you have enough at your disposal and there is no need to make yourself work so hard, you can certainly choose to live a free and easy life, but if you wish to increase your income, then hard work is essential.

How can you expand?

1, by talking to and engaging with more different people to find out what's going on at work.

2, pay more attention to the development of society and understand world dynamics.

3, read more newspapers and magazines to get the latest information about the outside world.

As long as you keep doing this, you will always be able to find a suitable thing to do to expand your source of income when a windfall appears in front of you.

Fourth, try opportunities that you can do but don't want to.

Since writing articles online and getting a lot of attention, I have had a lot more opportunities to earn money. Being asked to publish a book by a publisher is one of them. I did and have published three books so far.

But there are other opportunities, things like giving online classes to educate, or giving talks to share my experiences, which I have turned down a lot because I just can't find the time. Otherwise, I should be able to earn more.

This goes to show that if you have the time and there are opportunities that you can try to do but may be too scared or worried to do, I suggest you better challenge yourself and try to do it.

Of course, I don't mean things that break the law or cheat, but things that make sense. If you come across these opportunities, try to do d don't let your fears limit you.

Sometimes a lot of opportunities, come from this process. If you dare to do these things that you are afraid to try to do, you will slowly get more opportunities to earn money.

So, in the end, it's better to make yourself better so that you can take advantage of these earning opportunities!
