Goodbye To My Lover
I am heartbroken. I am surprised that I can be heartbroken. It's been so long since I felt this strongly for anyone that I believed my heart was permanently calloused. It didn't hurt as much when my first serious boyfriend cheated on me, and it didn't hurt as much when I divorced. I didn't cry either times. I've always been cynical about love and romance. I maintained that Romeo and Juliet would have bickered if they had not killed themselves. Romeo may have had affairs while Juliet complained to her friends about his inattentiveness. Then I met Craig, and I fell hard. I didn't see it coming.

How I Almost Joined an MLM
I have a mentor that I work with on my career goals, let's call him Sam. Sam is a trusted individual in my life, who I can also call a friend and have a professional relationship with. He’s a sharp guy, big into self-help books and personal and professional development. He often spoke about his ‘business’ that he worked on evenings and weekends, but remained vague when I asked about what it is. I knew he was part of a mentorship group, that he spent a lot of his free time on travelling to London for ‘leadership conferences’ and attended online seminars on personal development. In one of our mentor sessions, I may have expressed an interest in creating some passive income, but still needed to look for ideas.

The majority of them, on the other hand, are designed to harvest information for the purpose of financial gain.

Your Dog Doesn't Love You
Your dog doesn't love you. I know. That sounds harsh, but it's the truth. We, as humans have an expansive vocabulary that allows each word to have a unique set of rules and stipulations which must be met in order to comply with a word's definition. Words like joy, sadness, and love are all words that are easily applied to our fellow humans but are more difficult to apply to our furry friends.

Is Adultery "Contagious"?
What effect does being near individuals who are prone to treachery have on our willpower? Can we be swayed in some way? Are you inclined to "break the wait" and begin doing the same? Reichman University in Israel academics have pondered. In a recent study published in the journal Archives of Sexual Conduct, researcher Gurit E Birnbaum and her colleagues wanted to see if people who learned about other people's unfaithful behavior were likely to be unfaithful in their own romantic relationships.
