How A Human Becomes An Animal
For the past several weeks, there has been an atmosphere in which no one cares about the harmful consequences, a world of horror and chaos unfolding regardless of the negative and positive consequences, an example of which is rarely seen in the past. Whoever is responsible for these situations, the final outcome can be decided in the court of reason and conscience, whether all this is being done under a plan or to lead a person on such a path by overcoming emotions. Was forced to end up in a dead end.

I Failed 75 Hard
Well, it happened again. I failed 75 Hard. However, this time I’m not upset about it. Would it have been nice to complete it? Yes absolutely. But I learned something about myself. 75 Hard does not align with my current fitness goals. I’ve been on a “health and wellness journey” since I can remember. Over the years, my goals have differed a lot. It started with wanting to be as small as humanly possible, to just wanting to be okay with food, to again wanting to be as small as possible, to finally wanting to be strong and happy.

Depression
Sadness and sorrow is the emotion that I have most difficult controlling. It is a strong sentiment that bursts in my heart, and from there it courses through my veins and into my nervous system taking a full swing. When sadness possesses me, I am overpowered by it. I crumble down in an isolated corner and wrap my arms around my knees allowing tears to explode out of me. When I stare at my reflection in the mirror, I find a depressed girl with tears streaming down her eyes like Niagara Falls. Most of the time, I do not know why I am sobbing or why my heart feels like an empty void, but I do know that I am suffering from depression. When my family laughs with sheer happiness, I do not feel the same glee and joy. When my aunt says she will be a grandma, I do not share the same joyous sentiments. When my uncle shares his news of marriage, I do not share the same delight. All I feel is empty darkness in my heart. What am I doing in this world, I always wonder. I do not see the glitz and glamour of this world as everyone does, all I see is time is betraying us. It's speeding past me, leaving me abandoned and alone. I have no idea who I am or what I want to be when I grow up. I don't envision a future or happiness in my life in the same way that everyone else does.

Understanding Loneliness And Self-sufficiency
Have you ever felt alone? It won't be so fantastic, will it? You feel separated from other people both physically and mentally. Mainly because you don't have to be alone to feel alone. You may be surrounded by other people, but whatever they say or do doesn't matter. They seem to have ceased to exist. If your loneliness continues for any length of time, you may feel helpless, isolated, and hopeless. It's actually easy to start believing how you normally feel when using this method, believing that you have no control over a particular situation or your emotions. From this article, one can move on to establishing despair. Driven to your excessive loneliness, it may even end in suicide, given that there is no hope of progress.

"My Dream Wish List"
The innate desire or aspiration to manifest a long-term goal subconsciously hoped for, can be defined technically as a dream. Some people are afraid to act upon their dreams ultimately because of either failure or rejection. Keeping this in mind one of the most prolific old adages I've heard that still rings true to this day is, "There is nothing to fear, but fear itself", which was quoted by Franklin D. Roosevelt. If we allow our fears to keep our dreams silent, then fear will triumph every time. This year I refuse to allow my dreams to be stifled any more. Anything I can do to help participate in fostering a world with hope, kindness, and humility, is the kind of world I'd breather live in. Even if it means not be afraid to go outside my comfort zone. This is my 'dream' wish list.

How One of The Biggest PBS Cartoons Dearly Impacted the Life of A Young Millennial Living in the ‘Burbs
Last Monday, the hit cartoon series “Arthur” came to an end after 25 long seasons. In a time where most shows, even cartoons, are lucky to hit the 10-season mark, that’s quite a benchmark! As a young woman who fondly reminiscences growing up with the show- which was born the same year I was, 1996- I know all too well “how” such a program, even something for small children, can have a great impact on my development.

A love letter to bath bombs
It's February the month when we celebrate love! Loving yourself is one of the most important kinds of love that there is. It is easy to forget to take care of yourself in this crazy world. Self-care is more than a trend it's an essential part of preserving your mental health. There are many different forms of self-care. Some forms of self-care include exercising, keeping a journal and spending a day at the spa. I decided to write a love letter to one of the self-care items that I love the most! I used to just take showers until I discovered the relaxing powers of baths. Baths are great on their own, but they are pure luxury when you add other things to them like bubbles and bath bombs! Bath bombs come in many different colors, shapes, sizes, and scents. There is so much to choose from. It usually is not hard to find a bath bomb that is perfect for you. I hope my cute and fun love letter to bath bombs inspires you to add some beautiful bath bombs to your next bath or to at least put them on your shopping list.
