Why Our Helpers Are Humiliated In Society

The middle son Adil asked the shoemaker is called Cobbler?

We answered with a vengeance. The shoemaker is called Cobbler

Since

He stared at us in amazement.

Now the poor child is really left in the lurch. Adil's Urdu is very weak. Urdu material from above is seldom studied. In such a situation, when he saw the word Cobbler written on a post, he went to Urdu to English dictionary and searched, then the meaning of Chamar was written as show maker. Now he wondered if making shoes, repairing them or polishing them was a work of art and skill, then how could the word cobbler be used to describe a person as inferior or inferior?

And if this profession is so humiliating and the man associated with it has gone so far, then where are the beneficiaries of his services honored? His thinking was correct, but our attitude was certainly not good because we did not know that he had never read or heard the word before, which is why we satirized in response. And this is not a fictional event. Just a few days ago, I had in mind to write on this subject.

Because this is the situation and many other professions are to be considered very low and humiliated. We respect all kinds of dishonest people for tax evasion, adulteration, bribery, hoarding, burglary, etc. Skilled craftsmen and laborers who have adopted professions consider the state workers to be very inferior.

They are treated with contempt and contempt. They do not consider it appropriate to speak directly to them. Why so arrogant? Has anyone ever thought about the role of these illiterate people in running this world and keeping the system alive? What an important and indispensable part of this missionary? Today, if all the scavengers leave their jobs and sit at home, it is impossible to imagine how big a crisis it will be.

The condition of our ignorance is that we call the one who cleans the garbage as garbage while we are the garbage. Whose garbage is his or ours? So who is the garbage man or us? No matter how small and seemingly insignificant but really very patient the servants of Allah are, we should be thankful to them that our life is easy because of them. Will not stay.

Without their help Socio-cultural interpretations have their place, but all we can do is to treat them with morality, not to offend them with our behavior, not to make them feel inferior and despised, but to encourage them to do the same. Are a valuable and important part of society. And this work does not cost anything, nor does it take any effort. If we cannot do that much, then our education and training is at stake.

Well then when I did some research on the word cobbler I found out that it is basically derived from the Sanskrit word Cobbler meaning skin which is called Skin From which shoes are made and for this reason skinning dead animals makes it dry. The artisan who does the dyeing and making shoes, slippers etc. from it is called Cobbler.

And this work, that is, tanning, belongs to a class of lower caste Hindus. And then the word Cobbler began to be used for a bastard, but this formula was also added to the dictionary. By the way, in our country, leather work is also done by Muslims.

That is why they are considered socially inferior. And it is a tragedy of the society that a person, no matter how many illicit and forbidden sources he has got, is called honorable and he who earns Right livelihood through hard work is looked down upon for his profession.
