A Busker's Life
I'm perched on a collapsible piano bench sitting behind my keyboard in a covered transit station watching an international crowd rushing past, up and down the stairs and poised for the elevator, dragging roller carts, strollers, wagons toting shildren, backpacks and recyclable bags full of groceries.

The Hospital Angels
It was a beautiful summer day, and my best friend, Ed and I had decided to take a walk around our town. We had been walking for about half an hour, admiring the scenery and enjoying each other's company. The sun was shining, and the birds were singing. We talked about our future plans and aspirations.

Chasing Your Dreams
Ever since I was a child, I dreamed of being a writer. I spent countless hours scribbling stories in notebooks and imagining the day when I would see my name on the cover of a book. However, as I got older, I started to doubt myself. I worried that I wasn't good enough, that my writing would never be published, that I would never be able to make a living as a writer.

MY LONGEST FLIGHT EVER
I want to write about my longest flight ever and the sickle cell boy. But no one had dared to investigate, not until a young couple moved into the town and decided to make the mansion their home.

Christianity in Africa - Dear White Jesus Save us?
Accra, Ghana a man prays in his car, awaiting his next passenger. I'm stumbling to re-order my Bolt as I accidentally cancel the prior one. Requesting drivers are tricky as some only want to pick you up if you're going in a certain directions.

A Reflection on Homelessness and Social Justice
When I was in college, I had the opportunity to participate in a community service project that ended up having a profound impact on me. I was asked to spend a day volunteering at a local homeless shelter. At the time, I thought it was just a small act of kindness, but it ended up changing my perspective on life.
