Recipe - How to make Rawa Dosa?

Put rava, rice flour in a big bowl, add all purpose flour too. Add a cup of water and beat till the lumps are gone, 1. Add 5 more cups of water and prepare a thin batter.

Mix green chili, ginger, green coriander, salt, asafoetida, ground black pepper and cumin in the batter.

Keep the batter for 15 minutes, the batter is ready to make dosa.

To make dosa, put a nonstick tawa on the gas, heat it lightly and spread a little oil across the pan and spread it around, take 2-3 spoons of the batter and spread it evenly on the pan. Turn on the gas, let the dosa cook on high and medium flame till it turns golden brown from the bottom side.

Dosa is ready after roasting a nice golden brown on the bottom surface and spread thin dosa, then there is no need to fry it again, the dosa is completely cooked and crispy too. Take off the dosa and keep it in a plate and to make the second dosa, after the tawa cools down, wipe the tawa and pour more batter and spread the dosa and cook it till it turns golden brown from the bottom, make all the dosa in the same way.

Sooji dosa is ready, serve semolina dosa with green coriander chutney or mint chutney, Kasundi and eat it.

suggestion:

If there is no rice flour, then semolina dosa can be made by adding a little flour to the semolina, or similar dosa can be made by adding a little flour to the rice flour.

When the tawa is very hot, pour the dosa batter and spread the dosa, the dosa becomes thin and uniform.
