The day I came late to school with the punishment given to late comers.. you were a sports prefect then. The soldiers would have flogged us that day and a lot of people were there but immediately you saw me you gave way for me to run and when I turned back you were just smiling ☺️. You saved me from a great punishment .. Then we spent countless evenings strolling through the city's streets, hand in hand, lost in our own world.
