I’ m so happy that I’m “me.”

"Absolute Fullness"

By Siddhi KimPublished 3 years ago 3 min read

The reason you can feel happy and proud is due to your level of self-esteem. True self-esteem, which arises from the realization that you are valuable and proud of who you are, leads to indescribable happiness.

Euphoria cannot be attained solely through material possessions like wealth or luxury goods, nor can it be derived from external factors such as being surrounded by a strong partner or having constantly seeking your presence. Additionally, the honor associated with holding a high-ranking position does not inherently bring happiness. True happiness and pride come from within, rooted in self-esteem and a genuine sense of self-worth. .

If I express that feeling of true happiness in one sentence, it is an "absolute fullness" that comes from the feeling that the whole universe is filled in me.

People feel that they are happy. In that case, you should ask yourself one more question. Where did you come from? If it comes from external conditions, such a sense of happiness can be broken at any time. Then, how can true happiness that never collapses be obtained, and how can we judge whether other people's happiness is true?

A story that I experimented with.

A person stood before a large audience delivering a professional speech,

"I'm the happiest person in the world even if I don't possess anything."

The audience captivated by these words, gathered around seemingly moved by the speaker’s message.

I am a type of person who is a full of curiosity, sought to ascertain whether this happiness is truly emanated from an "absolute fullness" as the speaker habitually claimed.

If he derives happiness from an absolute sense of fullness, he should listen to others rather than his own words. Because he is full as he is, so he doesn’t feel the need to ask others to understand him. There are a few key aspects to consider. Firstly, he should prioritize listening to others rather than focusing on solely on his own words. Since he feels complete within himself, he doesn’t feel the need to seek validation or understanding from others. Secondly, cultivating gratitude and expressing remorse should be ingrained in his daily life. Recognizing that his own existence is shaped by the various conditions around him, he feels grateful for the changing of seasons and feels remorse accidentally harming even the smallest of beauties while walking. Consequently, his ability to emphasize with others naturally flourishes, leading him to prioritize others over his own ego, and preventing him becoming stubborn or arrogant. He remains fulfilled even if no one else recognize it.

Finally, an opportunity for experimentation arises. One day, he sits down for a private tea session with another person and engages in a conversation. However, he begins to boast about himself, disregarding the other person’s interests. It appears he seeks validation and recognition from the other person. The listener attentively listens and showers him with admiration and praise, sparing no compliments. But the illusion he holds? Why would one shatter someone else’s happiness? It becomes apparent that his sense of happiness stems from being surrounded by people who are drawn to his status, and he finds great satisfaction in the small accomplishments of his life.

Yes, such a feeling of happies may deceive oneself. This is because when all those external validations crumble one day or when faced with death, it can suddenly feel empty and meaningless. In that case, where does the true meaning of happiness, the internal, “absolute fullness”, truly come from? The answer lies in the expansion of cognitive ability, as introduced author’s the book "The Mysterious Human Body: How we Can Unlock our Human Potential" by Siddhi Kim (available on Amazon.com). It explains that there exists a profound cognitive ability within all humans that surpasses the everyday perception derived from the five senses. This ability can only be expressed when it is nurtured and developed. By cultivating this ability, one gains the wisdom to transcend the various fears and anxieties that arise in life, ultimately realizing the preciousness of one’s own being. The book sheds light on the mystery of the human body, revealing that it is only truly understood through dedicated training, leading to the experience of absolute happiness and the fullness of the universe.

I am going to share my own experience and the way to attain ‘absolute fullness’ with readers from now on.
