Berry-Berry

By Jan SmithPublished 3 years ago 3 min read

Once upon a time, there was a little fox named Berry-Berry. One day, her mother took a basket of cakes and said to Berry-Berry, "Grandma is sick now, Berry-Berry. She will feel better if she eats these cakes. Mother does not have time to go to work, you are not small now, help mother to send pastry!" "All right! Berry readily agreed. That said, he carried the basket, humming a little song, went to the grandmother's road. When Berry-Berry came to a fork in the road, she had a moment of worry. She thought to herself: "Should I take the road or the lane? Well... The road is easy, but there is no fun; Path although difficult to walk a little, but there are wildflowers, butterflies, dragonflies, can play with me! I'd better take the side road!" So she hopped up and down the lonely road. Berry walked on and on. As she walked, she picked wild flowers and caught butterflies and dragonflies. She was very happy. When she was in high spirits, she came to a large forest. At this time the wind blew, the wind blew bigger and bigger, the side issued a "woo-woo" sound. Berry was terrified. If I had known I would have taken the road! But it was too late. Suddenly, with a loud whish, a big tiger darted out of the forest toward the berry, coming closer and closer. Seeing this, Berry-Berry quickly turned around and ran down the road, with the tiger in hot pursuit. Unexpectedly, Berry-Berry tried to run toward the road, one careless, tripped over a branch, with fright, she fell into a coma. When Berry woke up, she was in a cabin. There was a huge black bear in front of her! "Wow!" cried Berry-Berry. The cry startled the bear, who turned to Berry-Berry and smiled. "Don't be afraid, little Fox. I was out on my way home, and I saw a big tiger chasing you, and you tripped over a branch and never got up. I drove the tiger away, saw you unconscious, and carried you home." The fox calmed down and said to the bear, "Uncle Black Bear, thank you! Saved me!" The black bear asked the fox, "What is your name? The path here is very lonely. Why are you so small?" Little fox said: "My name is Berry berry, my grandmother is ill, mother let me go to see my grandmother." Black bear asks Blackberry, "Where is your grandmother's house?" When Berry Berry looked outside, she could not remember where her grandmother's house was. Berry cried. How sad she cried! When the black bear saw how sad Berry was crying, he took out his basket of cakes and said to Berry, "I have brought you your present." Then he said to Berry-Berry, "Don't be sad. I'll send you to Grandma. Let's ask the bird first." The black bear went to the window and saw two sparrows flying in. The black bear stopped the sparrows and said to Berry-Berry, "Tell the little sparrow the general style of your grandmother's house." Berry-berry told Sparrow about the general appearance of her grandmother's house. "We know," said the little sparrow, "that it is a short walk along the road out of this forest. We often play there. Let's take you there!" The black bear was afraid that the berry was in danger. He kept sending the berry out of the forest. Berry-berry thanked the black bear and followed the sparrow to Grandma's house. Grandma ate the cake sent by Berry-berry and got well soon.
