A Grifter’s story
I am a grifter and it’s not a bad thing.

I am a grifter. What is a grifter you ask?
Someone who operates a side show at a circus fair etc. where is my show playing? Here, now, this is my platform, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Vocal, and any other where people of earth gather and spout nonsense. Words are my jam, and for me visuals too.
Some can offer amazing feats and video themselves doing them, to shock amaze and keep you watching. These are my peers, I watch, I am amazed, but not because of what is on the screen, rather because of how much attention you all give them. Myself too I realize, though I try not to spend too much time just being entertained. It is my job to entertain. So I must research what is entertaining.
I speak my truth regardless of how you might see me, but that doesn’t mean I don’t try to make it interesting. No one will hear it if it’s not engaging in some way. I want people to know it. I focus on nature, for this is God’s creation, and He is the supreme creator; who better to be inspired by?
I have my favorite places, most people do, but I don’t mind sharing them. I keep my home private for now, because it’s just not safe to share a stationary residence. I am saving to build a home on wheels and have firmly decided I want to repurpose a school bus. Then I will share it with you, but not where I am, only where I have been.
I have places I long to see, and places I am excited to show the “favorite people “ in my life. I want to return to my roots where I was most inspired and felt both small and insignificant and the most important part of the world all at the same time. These places have a rare and raw beauty that is hard to describe and can’t really be captured in the same way as being there.
I love to hike and camp and fish on the ocean. This is good because doing the things I love to do puts me in places and situations where I have seen some wonders. I saw whales feeding at low tide morning and evening and seagulls come to steal the escapees.
I have seen curious doll sheep stop and climb around on a rock slide because some human saw them and pulled over to watch, which drew a crowd. Suddenly more sheep come and you just know each is as curious as the next human and sheep alike. It was a curious phenomenon and it happens every summer on Turnagain Arm, a specific portion of the Seward highway as you leave Anchorage and head towards the Kenai peninsula.
This is the beginning of what is known as Alaska’s Playground and my home. It is called playground because of its many and varied outdoorsman’s activities from hiking camping and fishing to kayaking rafting, and probably even skydiving if you know the right people.
My words have painted a small picture of the type of places I want to go, and some of the places I have been. This is only a small start to my grifter career but it is honest and my personal truth. I hope you have enjoyed and I hope you find people and places like I have to spend time and money on. My heart is with you to inspire and uplift. That is the purpose of my grift. Please be happy and free. Seek goodness and you will find it. Thank you.
