The Perils Of A Long Distance Love
A Drabble Of Thoughts Inspired By A Little Feat Song

You tell each other you love each other on the phone, every time, but you always feel this will be the last time.
You may only be separated by twenty feet of tarmac, just across the road, but it may as well be the distance between the poles.
One day you will hug, you know that is true, but until then, it is words shared through a phone line.
This happens every day, and you know it will happen tomorrow. Together, you are euphorically happy, but when that phone call ends, every second seems eternal until your phone rings again.

Having just started to expose myself to the perils of one line of reasoning, I realize this. No one seems to want to meet these days.
This was so relatable! Loved it so much!

You've really captured the ache of long distance love here. I was in a long distance relationship once, not fun
So true especially for all those teens and everyone else. Good job, Mike.
