Story of love and friendship
Every person should read the story of love and friendship. Anandpur was a small town. There was only one government school there. Children of all classes, castes and creeds studied in the same school. Vibha and Rohini also studied in the tenth class of this school. Both were best friends. However, there was a huge difference in their financial status. Rohini was the daughter of a big landlord. Vibha did not have a father and her mother was a teacher in the same school. The difference in financial status was never seen in their lives. Rohini's family also loved Vibha a lot, while Rohini also felt very loved in Vibha's house. Vibha's family was financially weaker than Rohini's family. But, there was no lack of love and affection.
Love makes a family
Rohini did not have a mother. Vibha's mother loved her like her own mother. She used to feed and teach both Rohini and Vibha with her own hands. Even if Rohini was late for Vibha's house, there was no need to worry. Rohini's father also understood this. Rohini's father also brought clothes and sweets for Vibha. He also gave money on festivals and birthdays. There was a lot of love, unity and similarity between the two friends. The favourite sweet of both was kheer. The life of both friends was going on happily together. Rohini's uncle's daughter Divya was also their classmate. Divya did not like both of them. She secretly wished bad for them.
Preparation for the 10th class examination
The 10th class examination of all of them was coming. Vibha's mother was teaching both the girls with a little strictness. If needed, she would also punish the girls for making them sit up and sit. One day, Divya asked Rohini for her Maths and Science copy for two days. Rohini gave it to them. When she reached Vibha's house, her mother, who was also a teacher, asked her to "get her notebooks out". Rohini told her everything. Vibha's mother said to Rohini, "Who gives notebooks and books to anyone during exams? That too to someone who is jealous of you. I need my notebooks in two days. If you don't get them, come and sit up here a hundred times."
The cow ate the notebook
Two days passed. But Rohini's notebook was not returned. When Rohini got angry at her sister and asked for her notebook, her sister said, "I was sitting outside and studying from the notebook. When I came inside on mother's call, the cow ate the notebook." Sad Rohini reached Vibha's house crying and started sitting up while crying. Seeing this, Vibha asked her the reason. Rohini told her everything while crying. Vibha said to her, "Don't cry! I have my notebook, right? We both will study from that notebook one by one." Vibha's mother was listening to their conversation from inside. She felt proud of her daughter's thinking.
The right solution is necessary in bad times
After some time, Vibha's mother came with breakfast for both the girls. Then Rohini said crying, "No! No! I made a mistake. I gave my copy to my sister during the exam. She says, the cow ate my copy." Vibha's mother hugged Rohini and pacified her. She told her, "Son! I have heard everything. Now what is done is done. Learn from this. Prepare for the future. The right solution is necessary in bad times. Both of you have less time. Both of you have to study from the same copy. Both of you make your own schedule. Keep in mind that the time for studying Maths and Science should be different for both of you."
The fruit of goodness and hard work is good and sweet
After the mother left, Vibha also consoled Rohini. Both the friends together made a schedule as per the instructions of their mother. We also decided that when we would have free time, instead of playing, we would write notes. So that we both could study on the day of the exam. In this way both of us started preparing. In a few days, the copies of Maths and Science were also ready. Their exams also went well. When the results came, both of them were very happy. Both of them got more than 90% marks. Rohini's father was so happy that he took both the daughters to buy clothes. Vibha's mother made their favourite kheer. There is no substitute for friendship and unity.
