Humbled
I left on a jet plane for much needed self love seeking new experiences and friendships from all wakes of life. Some times unfortunate events leads to wonderful memories and unexpected bonds. I never anticipated what would come to be in my moving experiences. Nothing could be more humbling then my experiences with homeless people in California.

Mystery unsolved.
I heard a strange noise, kind of like a helicopter, but more of a humming sound, gently shaking the air it’s making it way through the sky like a dish spinning around so fast, faster than the speed of sound. So I couldn’t understand what that noise was. I walked up the stairs to see a majestic pink moon , it was like candy floss, the aurora around it was enticing and magical.

Drew, unspoken love
October 30th, 2022 Drew, It’s been 5 days since I ate. That means it’s been five days since you left me. Your heart went into a cardiac arrest, whatever that is, and it stopped. You stopped breathing too and your life ended in that moment. What you probably didn’t realize would happen, is my life ending as well. Actually, that would have been much easier- if I just died with you. Instead, you left me heartbroken and terrified of my life without you. I didn’t die that day, but my life ended.

Double Jeopardy in Tokyo
On a sweltering hot afternoon in the summer of 2002, in an air conditioned conference room high in a Tokyo office tower, I sat opposite a team of Japanese SEC officials. They were steadily raising their voices, now almost shouting, accusing me of insider trading. The man in the middle, a mid-aged man with thick swept back hair, named Okada-san, peppered me with questions and accusations, while his two colleagues sat expressionless, studying my every movement. They wore the dark blue suits, white shirts, and pressed ties that were the standard uniform of Japanese government bureaucrats. I was an outsider.
