Example Story for my "Showers And Fools" April Challenge

Joker In The Rain
Everyone thought he was odd, a joke, a joker even. He loved nature and he loved being outside, especially in showers and the rain.
He loved the feel of the rain on his face and skin, when it rained he would often take his shirt off and go outside, he would have loved to strip off completely but knew that some people would complain if he did that, some people didn't appreciate being really close to nature he thought.
Some had asked him why he did it, but they didn't understand how it made him feel and eventually, they gave up and decided he was a bit mad, not an idiot, just a little off the normal path.
He knew that the rain nourished the plants and trees and without these showers, there would be no greenery and things growing, no rivers, no lakes. He knew the value of the rain, the value of nature and he appreciated it.
He loved the feel of it on his skin, but that was just a little of what made flowers bloom and crops grow, and gardens find their beauty.
He knew that every time he was out in the showers they called him the "Joker In The Rain", but he didn't care, because he loved the feeling of the rain on his skin.

Neil Sadaka would love this
Top Story Worth Mike. It's a vivid, contemplative reflection on personal identity and nature's healing touch.
Itβs really nice to walk in the rain in the summer. I also loved the artwork. π€‘
He has the right idea. I remember swimming in a creek when I was younger and it started to rain. It is a feeling that one has to experience to appreciate it. Good job. Have you ever done this?
We should always do what we love and not care about what anyone says. As long as we don't harm anyone, then it's okay
There is nothing better than a walk in the pouring rain (especially along a beach).
The Joker in the Rain is someone I might hang with. I loved this story!! I can smell the freshness after a long dry spell and the rain has lightly grazed the concrete.
I can identify. The only thing I don't like about the rain is that it makes it difficult to see through my glasses.
π©·I love a nice sprinkle or drizzle. Especially in Spring or Summer.
