As you have noticed I am going in alphabetical order for these terms. Now for the letter 'B'.

(Here ends three sets of ten for the letter 'C' with a few more sets in Chapter 3 with the letter 'D'.) As an instructor I found that this is one of the best ways to learn all of these abbreviations when they must be memorized and not just for quizzes and/or tests. Originally, I was just planning on have two or three chapters, but after thinking I thought just a few groups of ten would be better.
