Socialista flew on a personal jet to her third home from Sussex County to New Castle County. This flight lasted about twenty minutes. She rationalized the idea that she had cut down on the usage of fossil fuels by just using the aircraft for a short while.
When she touched down in Wilmington, she walked into the home adjacent to Common Man’s. Palatial and staid at the same time, the marble floors and cut wood all added to Socialista’s mixed ideals. She wore a white t-shirt and jeans and pumps. Fascinder had been at her dinner table. He wore a blue blazer, white dress shirt, jeans and sneakers.
“You’re loving the flights, no?”
“I’m only spending $5,000 to get—”
“Hey, you don’t have to explain it to me. I’m just—”
“You’re just going to sit there and say that you’ve got more information on the Indies….” Socialista redirected the focus.
“Okay, they’re not going to win. We’ve got legislation on them that we can get passed.”
“Oh?”
“Yes. We have legal material that holds them accountable for the fact that they’re all liable for fraud.”
“How so?”
“Their business dealings with this new rocket company has been mired down in regulations and controls. The opposing lawyers have dug up violations to those regulations.”
“And they’re the major investors…this sounds delicious,” Socialista remarked.
“The company has ties to liars and has a track record that is nothing less than shady,” Fascinder acknowledged.
Socialista spun around and whooed. Surging through her frame, adrenaline lifted her up in the air. As she came down, the news hit her.
“The only thing is, the rocket company has some legal eagles that will dig and dig and not stop until they can vindicate their client. The way forward is for us to battle them all.”
