Businesswoman Chapter 132
First Tier Executive

A brown skinned woman, tallish with delicate facial features and ample bosom and posterior and a thin waist kissed Atkinson on the cheek before leaving his house in Newark, Delaware. Loreen looked at the woman entering a rideshare vehicle. Atkinson grinned. Loreen shook her head.
She entered the space. It looked sparse like any bachelor pad but it had been dotted with sculptures and paintings. A table made from an oak tree complimented the living room.
“I’ve gotta tell you Paul, this is way different from how you used to live.”
“Did you want a drink?” he asked.
“No, I won’t stop ‘til Thursday. So explain to me how you live in such ‘modesty.’”
Atkinson grinned. “I tried the cars, clothes, jewelry, houses, yachts, all of that. I felt unfulfilled. The art you see around us is highly valuable, hundreds of millions at least. They’re worth more than the rent I pay on this pad. Now, I’m concerned with thought. That’s what motivates me and inspires me. I do enjoy small pleasures as you’ve seen,” he suggested. “But that’s it. I know better, now. I’ve grown.”
“I see, so you won’t accept this,” Loreen dangled a watch in front of his face.
“That’s a First Tier Executive. Case size forty millimeters. Gem set bezel. Thanks for the gesture, Lor’, but I can’t take that. Give it to Herschel.”
Loreen sighed. “You really are committed to this way of life.”
“Of course. Once you have sipped all the finest wines and dined at the best restaurants, you want more. And that, to me, are ideas.”
loreen changed gears. “I see. Well, we should probably be going over our speeches. We’re going to be synching up together. Lisa will be….”she paused. The door rang.
“Hi, Lisa. Come in, please.”
“Thank you, again.”
