The World Of Books - A Portal To Another Dimension
Elevating The Mind

Reading: The ability to immerse oneself in the world of a book and let imagination soar towards a world filled with wonders and limitless possibilities.
For many perhaps, the amazing power of books, in today's fast-paced and digitalized society, is sadly underestimated. Books possess the ability to lift the soul, to elevate the mood, and to raise the vibrational energy frequency of a person.
The whole process of reading on its own has the potential to develop the imagination, create new neurons, enhance cognitive abilities, and develop skills in the brain.
Certain books within a specific genre, like J.R.R. Tolkien's fantasy fiction Lord of the Rings or Frank Herbert's sci-fi novel Dune, have tremendous potential to develop and strengthen the imagination of the reader.
Other books, like Paulo Coelho's Alchemist or Antoine de Saint-Exupéry's The Little Prince, are ways to immerse oneself in a deeper spirituality, in search of a meaning and a better understanding of the self and life in general. These types of books can have a profound effect on the soul and are capable of transforming and elevating the reader to higher levels of spirituality.
Reading books can be like a process in alchemy, which has the ability to transmute the reader into a better version of the self.
Books give the readers the opportunity to deeply dive into different worlds, mentally engaging in fantastic adventures and all sorts of exciting escapades that have a tremendous healing effect on the soul.
Books are gateways to different worlds, to other dimensions. As the reader engages in a series of adventures filled with wonders and heroic deeds, the existing neural pathways in the brain are being strengthened, and new neural pathways are being formed.
The entire process of reading is basically an instance of multiple programs being engaged in the brain, leading to optimal mental health. Reading has the ability to reduce blood pressure and stress and improve the quality of sleep. Latest studies have revealed that book reading promotes mental health by keeping the brain active, which leads to a more harmonious mental and emotional state, ultimately resulting in a higher quality of life.
Reading also produces endorphins, or the so-called happy hormones, which reduce pain and anxiety.
It also helps if reading is connected to the great outdoors. If reading takes place close to nature, the high vibrational frequency of the reader's energy field, the aura, rises considerably.
A book can become your best friend and your most reliable companion. Books can keep you engaged and excited, curious and joyful, all at the same time. A book can be the most exciting adventure under a beautiful summer tree or a calm and peaceful friend, accompanied by a cozy blanket and a hot cup of tea in the chilly wintertime.
The healing power of books should not be underestimated. They can literally heal the mind, lift the spirits, and keep the feel-good mood.
Books can be portals to other dimensions, an escape from the harshness of reality, or powerful aiding tools in healing the mind and the soul. Books can also teach us wisdom, improve humanity on a spiritual level, and show us how to become better human beings.
Through the fascinating world of books, readers can embark upon exciting and daring adventures, experiencing marvelous and outworldly wonders. Books can be an intriguing adventure into the mysteries of the universe and an interesting ride into the unknown.
Regardless of the reasons why many people enjoy reading a book, be it deeply spiritual, philosophical, or simply for entertainment, the healing and transformative powers of the books are without question.
Either way, reading books can be a personal journey of self-discovery or a mindful, joyous activity, all having the same healing benefits on the mind.
Ultimately, just like meditation, books can be a tool to calm the body and the mind, allowing the opportunity for self-discovery and spiritual enlightenment.
