Everyone has a story
Book review on Savi Sharma's Novel

Book review: Everyone has a story
“After all you can't appreciate the sweet nectar of life without a little vinegar of challenges.”-By Savi Sharma.
This is the sequel to the international bestseller; everyone has a story by the ca-turned writer Savi Sharma. It is a romantic thriller based on the lives of four individuals Meera, Kabir, Nisha, Vivaan, and fate “Everyone has a story” is a heartwarming story based on these individuals where they combat and survive the biggest battle called life. Sometimes as soothing as sweet ice, sometimes as adventurous as riding a roller-coaster. It dances with you or makes you dance, makes you balance well, or makes you stumble all at once. ‘Everyone Has a story’ is a tale of victory, love, loss, and sacrifices, embodying the taste of life, the author has well depicted the life of four middle-class people to sustain the challenges thrown onto them by life, in life, and for life. A story of love, hard work, and dedication.
The sequel to the novel is based on the notion that the story doesn’t end after a happily ever after. ‘Happily ever after is just the onset of the journey of life. The story always goes on, life always tests you, life puts you through trials, trials called the fate
Meera, an author and best-selling writer, her first book was a humungous success., is on her way to write her second book. A strong woman, high-headed, ambitious and independent, optimistic, and a trustworthy friend. She falls in love with Vivaan, an investment banker. A travel enthusiast, who leaves the world and becomes a wanderer when problems strike on his door, but with Meera’s love and faith he makes his dream of traveling the world come true. Kabir, a restaurant owner, and coffee lover. A very resilient individual, a loving father, and an honest and helpful friend. He falls in love with Nisha. Nisha, the epitome of kindness and strength. A steady pillar in Kabir’s life and the center of his world.
Parth, a marketing executive turned entrepreneur Meera is on her way to publishing her second book, Vivaan plans to open his own travel company and Kafe Kabir is also doing quite well. But as told by the wise, there is always another new journey awaiting you after a happily ever after. Fate the sneaky master always ready to sneak away from your cozy life, making you writhe through life. Since love is already hearted in their lives, fate makes their journey more than just navigating their emotional pitfalls, it is rather a journey in which they rekindle their lost hope, holding onto each other, holding onto their faith. A journey of self-discovery. After experiencing the catastrophic event in their life, Nisha and Kabir still manage to navigate their way from darkness to light, from dejection to hope. Meera and Vivaan, even after facing the difficulties in their relationship and their dreams being shattered, hold onto each other tight and fight their way to make their dreams come true.
The story is well woven with symbols of love, difficulties, and challenges. A perfect blend of seriousness and romance with a taste of reality. But the most striking element of the book is the values of friendship and resilience that are shown throughout the book. The abstract character of fate gives an edge to the book, making its readers believe that when everything is signaling towards a happy end, life is about to bend. Be ready to swim through the storm, life is a trial and you better gear up. But the book also tells its readers fate admits defeat only in front of those who are ready to work hard and never give up. Those who fight through the darkness holding the lamps of hope are the ones who emerge as winners in the quest for life.
I personally liked Mira’s character from the first book itself, I feel the writer is depicting the story of every young girl through Meera. The character plays one of the four protagonists of the book. She is the story of every girl who dares to dream and challenges the conventions laid by society. She is a dreamer, an achiever, a nurturer, and a fighter, breaking the glass ceiling and raging through her fate, a beacon of hope to her friends and family.
