Why These Files Exist

This archive exists as both testimony and legal record. For 557 days and counting, I have documented how officials in Ephrata Borough, Lancaster County, the Ephrata Police Department, Lancaster County Prison, and Lancaster BHDS repeatedly violated both Pennsylvania law and the U.S. Constitution.

• March 1, 2023: My business property was stolen. Police refused to act, denying me equal protection and due process.
• March 16, 2023: Borough Manager Nancy Harris ordered an illegal shutoff of my electricity, despite rent being current.

Violation: 66 Pa.C.S. § 1527(b), § 1529.1 (USTRA)

• April 9, 2023: I was assaulted in my home by my meth-addicted sister. Officer Allen ignored Pennsylvania's mandatory domestic violence arrest law.

Violation: 18 Pa.C.S. § 2711

• March 2023 to December 2024: I was jailed numerous times in Lancaster County Prison on false charges. There, I was maced, stripped naked, injured, and mocked for invoking my legal education.

Violations: 1st, 4th, 8th, and 14th Amendments; 18 Pa.C.S. § 5301

• April 2023–September 8, 2025: I endured retaliatory 302 commitments, unlawful evictions, weaponized bail, record denials, and religious discrimination.

These aren't isolated incidents. They form a pattern of Official Oppression, deprivation of civil rights, and systemic abuse.
