Music Suggestions
As proved by many different artists, bands, and crowds, everyone’s taste in music is different, some only slightly different than one’s own, while some very drastically. Now, with hundreds of music streaming apps, you can listen to whatever, or whoever you want, whenever or wherever you want. It’s easy to get lost on Apple Music or Spotify though, so here’s a few artists/bands with different genres.

For New BTS Fans - 10 Great Female KPop Acts
Hi, and welcome back to Silver Linings where I shine the spotlight on the maligned, forgotten, and ignored. Last time, I brought up ten KPop acts that are a great starting point for those new to the genre. After all, one could get sick of BTS if they're the only ones getting loaded up on Spotify. However, KPop isn't a boys-only club, and now it's time to give the stage to the ladies.

Depeche Mode Albums Ranked
Depeche Mode are my all time favourite band. All fourteen albums in a career spanning nearly four decades have left a mark on me. I have some very solid favourites and found it very hard to rank them all, but I think all the albums are great. I've seen them live during their Delta Machine tour and I was amazed. They're not as young as they once were but they stull gave a lot of energy and passion into the performance and I was amazed by Martin Gore the most. I love his lyrics and I felt him being the main song-writer for the group was one of the best decisions the group had ever made.

For New BTS Fans - 10 Great KPop Acts
Hello, and welcome back to Silver Linings where the maligned, forgotten, and ignored burn the stage. 2019 was an amazing year for the KPop septet BTS. With the success of the insanely catchy "Boy With Luv" off their EP Map of the Soul: Persona, KPop reached mainstream audiences more effectively than ever before. Psy's "Gangnam Style" may have been a very popular novelty, but it was still nothing more than a novelty. BTS, meanwhile, became an act that got mainstream pop fans excited like few modern acts could.

Songs for the Aching Mother
Heh, I wonder what The Glorious Sons would say if they saw my eerie spin on their album cover "Young Beauties and Fools". A lone woman riding a one-eyed old spook in the twilight - his empty eye socket visible to the observant viewer. Making this little twist made me feel like I was back in high school art class, completing an expression piece.

The Top 10 Songs of August 22, 1964
How culturally relevant is our popular music? Is it truly a diary of our present, a crystal ball into our future and a commentary on our past? Is some music popular simply because it is an earworm that infects us without our permission? Or does the music on the charts reveal anything about our society? What was the creative incubator behind these hits?

“Just Let Me Staple The Vicar” AKA Misheard Song Lyrics
Quite often we hear a song and think the lyrics are something else than what they are. These days it’s much easier to check the lyrics but until the invention of Google how many times did you sing the wrong lyrics to your favourite song.

The Power of Hip-Hop Duos
Hip-Hop has become a dominant genre where it also opens the door for collaborations. For years, fans have been given great collaborations between two big artists at the time and loved it. The greatest collaborations have given us classic songs or albums that have remembered for a long time and I feel these are the best ones or ones to come.

Limiting Beliefs Are Hindering Your Creative Growth
Let’s go back about 7 years, when I was really struggling. I lived in a small country “town” (it’s actually a city, but not really) and I wasn’t happy with how things were going. I wanted to grow musically and do great things, but I felt like I couldn’t.
