CimplyDan Releases "Cupids AK"
CimplyDan kicked off the new year with the release of “Weekend” last month. “Weekend” is a hype, up-tempo Hip-Hop/Rap anthem. CimplyDan returns with a new single, “Cupids AK,” just in time to close out the month of love. “Cupids AK” is a departure from the bouncy “Weekend” and is more akin to his well-known style of music: sleek, melodic, laidback, and smooth.

DJMcTom
Q: May I ask how you arrived at your DJ name? Give us the scoop. It was given to me as a joke during my teenage years. I beat someone who was twice my size in a friendly game and the whole school was watching and laughing ( I played everyday and him being from another country was a novice.) To soften the blow, he asked me for an autograph as a joke I gave him one and he mispronounced my name and everyone called me that and it stuck. He pronounced it mc like an Irishman instead of m c the rap word.

Catch-22 is a single that reflects feelings and premonitions about humankind in its current state.
MAQ is a producer who is currently is located in Los Angeles. Catch-22 single is a very emotional release that reflects his feelings and premonitions about humankind in its current state. The cover itself implies the life itself over a barren planet and if you watch the video on YouTube it actually shows the animated version of the cover that in a way tells a story of our possible future. And it seems that we can’t get out of this situation. Or can we???

Small city filmmakers making a big splash on OTTs.
Now, more than often we see shows even made on a small budget with new faces getting popular on OTTs. The Indian audience is getting more content-driven rather than star-driven. They are adapting to good storytelling and unique concepts. That’s where the new generation of filmmakers comes in. Ankit Bhardwaj, 26, is an independent filmmaker from Patna who has made Bihar’s first web series called ‘Litti wala love’ which is streaming on his own YouTube Channel Lahsun Films and his most prominent work, India’s first dual audio short film ‘Woh Khaas’ which is streaming on several OTTs and has been screened in London. His recent short film ‘Populess’ was premiered on MTV.
