Float Like A Buffalo is a Denver based Ska/Funk Rock band that brings unrestrained energy and driving anthems to a growing fan base of devoted listeners. Their impact has been growing for some time and is spilling across the Front Range of Colorado. Fresh off two sold out headlining shows at Red Rocks, and with a new EP due for release in late October, they are having a breakthrough year. On Saturday, October 17th they made their debut at the historic Lincoln Theater in Cheyenne, Wyoming. This famed venue was converted from a film theater that was originally built in 1929. The impressive concert hall typically seats 1,250 patrons and features a beautiful balcony. Their lavish greenroom is complete with antique boudoir furnishings and jukebox. Also, it is noteworthy that the venue did an excellent job enforcing all relevant COVID-19 protocols. Featuring support by Fort Collins based band Great Salmon Famine, and a large-scale production. The evening’s entertainment felt like a return to the emotional spirit of concerts.

The Girl at the Rock Show
Music is something that has been a part of my life since before I was born. My parents were so heavily immersed in the Heavy Metal scene, they were sure I would be holding up those horns as soon as I opened my eyes. While it didn't happen quite that quick, I made my way to the "dark side" if you will. I have been attending concerts in general since I was 13 years old. They quickly became my safe haven. As I got older my music taste progressed and I started going to shows with harder crowds and faster riffs, and I enjoyed it all the same if not more. If you want to see the real me, you'll have to meet me at the barricade.

ACM's? More Like the Mickey Guyton show.
ACM'S are here, and gone..... But they have not been forgotten... Let me tell I had chills the whole show, and that is rare..... Some performances I could've done without, and some people I feel like got snubbed. We all know that I was very excited to see my homie, my best friend who does not know I exist Morgan Wallen perform..... He will one day see me and become best friends with me, I just know it.....But back to the ACMS, this was one of the weirdest ones I have ever watched. Due to Covid, precautions were at an all time high, and well, they did their thing. So here are my thoughts about the performances and some of the winners who won, like I said I feel like Luke Combs should've won Entertainer of the Year, but he won 2 awards so we're good; I think.... But maybe we are not..... Everything about certain performances made me have chills that I did not know existed. Also before I forget, Old Dominion winning song of the year just makes me happy, ok? Thats my song... And if I missed anything I am so sorry, it was a 3 hour long show that I spent two days watching cause your girl is exhausted. The Prophetess The place was the Whisky a Go Go in West Hollywood, California. The time was exactly 9:27 p.m. It was another glorious evening on the Strip, a place that I called home. It was a balmy July evening and the scene at the Whisky and it couldn't have been better. Her transition from the studio to the stage intrigued me and I was thrilled when Michaels brought her Inner Monologue tour to my city.
