Tammy: What inspired you to become a music artist?

LALoveTheBoss: What inspired me to become a music artist is honestly growing up in a household where good music was always played day-to-day and not just for celebrations. From early on as a child, I always loved music and wanted to perform any chance I got.

Tammy: What do you enjoy most about the work that you do?

LALoveTheBoss: What I enjoy most about the work I do is the travel, and also the freedom of expression. I express myself through my music.

Tammy: Did you always want to be in the entertainment industry or was there any other profession you once were interested in?

LALoveTheBoss: From early on, as young as the age of 5, I always wanted to be in Entertainment. Although I was infatuated also with the medical field, I told my Mom I was going to be the rapping doctor lol.

Tammy: Please tell our readers about your song "Monkey" which is soon to be released?

LALoveTheBoss: Yesss! OMG my new single “Monkey” is dropping May 18th and I’m so excited. I definitely have a Summer anthem for my ladies and my fellas can vibe out too.

With this particular record, I wanted to showcase feminism and vocalize that women love “sex” just as much as men do. Monkey makes the world go around lol.

Tammy: What else are you currently working on?

LALoveTheBoss: I’m actually shooting “The Bag Girls” Movie Part 2 this Summer in June, along with working to release my skincare line.

Tammy: What are some of your in the studio must-haves?

LALoveTheBoss: Some of my studio must-haves; Akaline water but must be Essentia Brand, Absolut Vodka with vegan ginger ale, Gluten-Free snacks and then when I’m hungry Chipotle lol

Tammy: What impact do you intend to make on the world as a Multi-talented entertainer and Entrepreneur?

LALoveTheBoss: The impact I plan to make in the world is far beyond what I can actually express in words, I just want people to feel good when they hear my music.

I want people to laugh and be in good spirits when they see my movies and anything else I touch. I want to leave a long-lasting positive effect on people. Not just in their ears but their hearts too.

Tammy: You have a following of 3.6 million on Instagram. What would you like to say to your supporters?

LALoveTheBoss: Yes! I would love to say “thank youuuu” to all 3.6 Million of my followers. If I could personally thank EACH and EVERYONE I would. Thank you for following my journey, but truthfully we are just getting started.

Tammy: What advice would you have for upcoming artists?

LALoveTheBoss: The advice I would give for upcoming artists is to stay consistent, always be eager and be your own person. If you believe in yourself never stop!
