One of the most passionate feelings is love. There are many different kinds of love, and all of it fills our very hearts and souls. These are songs that beautifully express love and some come right at you like The Doors with “Hello I Love You.” Enjoy and love and be loved.

“Be My Love” is a song that was written by Sammy Cahn with music by Nicholas Brodszky. It was published in 1950 and written for the American tenor and actor Mario Lanza. He sang the song in the film “The Toast of New Orleans.” The song brought Lanza his first gold record. It went to number one on the Billboard chart and became the theme song for Lanza’s NBC radio program “The Mario Lanza Show.”

“Love Is a Many Splendored Thing” is a popular song that was written by Paul Francis Webster with music by Sammy Fain. The song was first featured in the 1955 film of the same name and won the Academy Award for Best Original Song. One of the best-selling versions was recorded by the American male traditional pop music quartet The Four Aces. Their version went to number one on the Billboard Hot 100 and Cash Box charts. It also charted on the UK Singles chart. Their version is featured in the 1989 film “Cookie.”

“Hello, I Love You” is a song that was written and first recorded in 1965 by the American surf rock band Rick & the Ravens, which was a forerunner for The Doors. The American rock band The Doors recorded their version of this song in 1968, and it is featured on their album Waiting for the Sun. It became a big success.

“I Want You, I Need You, I Love You” is a song that was written by Maurice Mysets and Ira Kosloff. It is best known for being the seventh single recorded and released by the American singer and actor Elvis Presley. It became his second number one single on the country music charts and also charted on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.

“I Can’t Stop Loving You” is a song that was written by the American country musician Don Gibson. It is featured on his album Oh Lonesome Me. A popular version of this song was recorded by the American singer, pianist ,and songwriter Ray Charles. It is featured on his 1962 album Modern Sounds in Country and Western Music. His version went to number one on the Billboard Hot 100, R&B, and the Adult Contemporary charts. Charles won the Grammy for Best Rhythm & Blues Recording.

“The Power of Love” is a pop song that was co-written by the American singer and songwriter Jennifer Rush. It is featured on her debut album, Jennifer Rush. The song was arranged as a power ballad and went to number one on the UK Singles chart. A successful version was recorded by the Canadian singer Celine Dion and her version charted at number one in the US, Canada, and Australia. The song has become a pop standard.

“Crazy Little Thing Called Love” is a song that was recorded by the British rock band Queen. It was written by band member Freddie Mercury in 1979 and is featured on their album The Game. The song charted on the UK Singles chart and became the band’s first number one single on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. Having composed "Crazy Little Thing Called Love" on guitar, Mercury played rhythm guitar while performing the song live, which was the first time he played guitar in concert with Queen.

“I Want to Know What Love Is” is a power ballad recorded by the British-American rock band Foreigner. It was released as the first single from their 1984 album Agent Provocateur. The song charted at number one on the Billboard Hot 100 and UK Singles charts. It remains as one of Foreigner’s best-known songs and most enduring radio hits.

“That’s Amore” is a song from 1953 that was written by Jack Brooks with music by Harry Warren. The song became a major hit and the signature song of the American singer and actor Dean Martin.
