One Rule for Weight Loss That No One Talks About
I’ve struggled with weight and body image my whole life. As a child, I was constantly nagged about my bulging stomach, and how I was chubbier compared to other kids my age. I absorbed everything that was ever said to be the truth about me. I never questioned it. I always saw myself in those lenses, and I adopted a poor body image for myself.

When you begin to see YOU!
At this point in my life, I am realizing that there is always a calm before the storm that surges as a warning. As women, we tend to look for reasons to stay in a relationship in the hope that things will get better and we will finally get to experience the sweetness of love and patience we so desire. Only, it doesn’t happen. At least it didn’t happen to me.
